Was supposed to meet me at the airport at 18:30. Was not there. Rang them, driver range me back. Ended up being 40 minutes late. Was also a standard taxi. Would have been much faster and cheaper to get a taxi from the taxi rank. Don't waste your money.

Excellent ride. Company called and texted before my arrival, checked in on where I was in the customs/passport control process, and our driver was waiting where he indicated as soon as we picked up our baggage. No issues. I set up pickup for an hour after scheduled arrival, which was perfect timing for Barcelona.

Driver was waiting for us when we arrived and stayed even though we were late. He spoke English and was very friendly and courteous and got us to our destination safely.

Our driver made contact with us the day before our arrival. He let us know where our meet up point was and was there with a sign when we arrived.

Driver was waiting for us even though our flight was delayed 1 hour. They sent a Prius for 4 people and 1 checked bag and 2 carry ins each. We couldn’t fit but within 5 minutes there was a larger car and the up charge was $10Eu. All in all a pleasant experience. Though more than 3 people I’d request a larger car.

Excellent communication! It was a relief that when we landed, I received a confirmation text from the driver telling me exactly where to meet. I am Very thankful that our driver was waiting for us with our name prominently displayed. We had previously indicated we would have excessive luggage, and our driver had an extra assistant on hand to help porter and quickly load up the vehicle. A very pleasant experience!
