Mens du sejler langs Elben Canyon mod den majestætiske Bastei-bro, vil vores kyndige og underholdende guide dele fascinerende indsigt om de forbipasserende vartegn, der bringer regionens historie og skønhed til live.
Oplev Bastei, kronjuvelen i det saksiske Schweiz! Udforsk flere betagende udsigtspunkter, hvoriblandt den mest betagende udsigt over Elben Canyon, den største sandstenskløft i Europa. Fra en højde på 190 meter over floden kan du se skønheden i Saxon Switzerland National Park - Taffelbjergene Lilienstein og Königstein med dens uindtagelige fæstning. Gå derefter over denne storslåede bro, der ligger højt over floden Elben. Dette ærefrygtindgydende vartegn udmærker sig ved at være den første turistattraktion i regionen, bygget i 1851 for at forbinde de klippede tinder med Neurathen-fæstningen. Efter at have udforsket Bastei-broen og Neurathen-fæstningen, begiver vi os ud på en naturskøn køretur gennem Elbe River Canyon til den tjekkiske side af nationalparken - Elbe Sandstone Mountains.
(Ikke tilgængelig fra november til marts) Den 2km vandretur fører os til Pravcicka Gate. Når du nærmer dig det fra under, vil du se den majestæt, som det står på toppen af det omgivende landskab. Det er symbolet på den tyske Schweiz Nationalpark, og du vil vide hvorfor, når du ser det.
Du skal lade batterierne op, så næste stop bliver en traditionel tjekkisk og lokalt kendt restaurant. En rig "a la carte" frokost vil være en velkomst og velfortjent belønning. Der serveres traditionelle tjekkiske og internationale retter (herunder vegetariske retter). Vi anbefaler stærkt at prøve tjekkisk øl, som er en af de bedste i verden. Denne restaurant er meget populær blandt de lokale og har det bedste ry i det bøhmiske Schweiz. Vi er altid meget velkomne på denne restaurant, og vi har et forudbestilt bord på det bedste sted, som venter på dig klar inden vores ankomst. Derudover har vi en fordel i forhold til andre gæster i køkkenet, så ventetiden på mad bliver væsentligt kortere.
Så kører vi dig ind i Tisa Rocks labyrinten, hvor Chronicles of Narnia blev filmet. Klippebyen med masser af tårne, små pladser og mystiske hjørner vil vinde dig med sin fængslende skønhed. This was an enjoyable day for a solo traveler. The scenery was beautiful. The other travelers were friendly and fun. Matyas was a wonderful guide. Really enjoyed the lunch, too. I appreciated the on-time pick up (and drop off) at my hotel.

This was one of the best day tours I've taken. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organized, and the scenery was absolutely spectacular. Our guide, Frank, was engaging, knowledgeable, and genuinely gracious throughout the day. He shared fascinating information about the history, geology, and culture of the region while keeping the tour fun and entertaining. Our driver, Vince, was excellent as well, getting us safely and comfortably between each destination. The itinerary was outstanding. Walking across the Bastei Bridge and taking in the views over the Elbe Canyon was unforgettable. The hike to the magnificent Pravčická Gate was well worth the effort, and the Tisa Rocks labyrinth was like stepping into another world. Every stop offered incredible scenery and fantastic photo opportunities. The small-group format made the experience even more enjoyable, and the included snacks, bottled water, and delicious lunch were thoughtful touches that kept everyone energized throughout the day. If you're looking for a day trip from Prague that combines breathtaking landscapes, great organization, and outstanding guides, I can't recommend this tour highly enough.

A real highlight of our time in the Czech Republic. So great to have a day trip that was something different, out of the cities and into nature. Wonderful walks to reveal amazing scenery, a delicious local lunch and really friendly and informative guide. Highly recommended

The tour was not informative. I learned nothing about the places we visited. The food at restaurant where we had lunch could have been much better. The tour generally did not meet my expectations.

We'd also like to mention that on this particular day, the group collectively decided to skip the third stop (Tisa Rocks) due to fatigue — which of course we respected.
