Mens du sejler langs Elben Canyon mod den majestætiske Bastei-bro, vil vores kyndige og underholdende guide dele fascinerende indsigt om de forbipasserende vartegn, der bringer regionens historie og skønhed til live.
Oplev Bastei, kronjuvelen i det saksiske Schweiz! Udforsk flere betagende udsigtspunkter, hvoriblandt den mest betagende udsigt over Elben Canyon, den største sandstenskløft i Europa. Fra en højde på 190 meter over floden kan du se skønheden i Saxon Switzerland National Park - Taffelbjergene Lilienstein og Königstein med dens uindtagelige fæstning. Efter at have udforsket Bastei-broen og Neurathen-fæstningen, begiver vi os ud på en naturskøn køretur gennem Elbe River Canyon til den tjekkiske side af nationalparken - Elbe Sandstone Mountains.
(Ikke tilgængelig fra november til marts) Den 2km vandretur fører os til Pravcicka Gate. Når du nærmer dig det fra under, vil du se den majestæt, som det står på toppen af det omgivende landskab. Det er symbolet på den tyske Schweiz Nationalpark, og du vil vide hvorfor, når du ser det.
Du skal lade batterierne op, så næste stop bliver en traditionel tjekkisk og lokalt kendt restaurant. En rig "a la carte" frokost vil være en velkomst og velfortjent belønning. Der serveres traditionelle tjekkiske og internationale retter (herunder vegetariske retter). Vi anbefaler stærkt at prøve tjekkisk øl, som er en af de bedste i verden. Denne restaurant er meget populær blandt de lokale og har det bedste ry i det bøhmiske Schweiz. A real highlight of our time in the Czech Republic. So great to have a day trip that was something different, out of the cities and into nature. Wonderful walks to reveal amazing scenery, a delicious local lunch and really friendly and informative guide. Highly recommended

The tour was not informative. I learned nothing about the places we visited. The food at restaurant where we had lunch could have been much better. The tour generally did not meet my expectations.

Our commentary covers the key highlights of each location, and we always encourage guests to ask questions if they'd like to go deeper on any topic. We'd also like to mention that on this particular day, the group collectively decided to skip the third stop (Tisa Rocks) due to fatigue — which of course we respected. We feel this may have affected the overall experience and the sense of a complete tour. We take all feedback seriously and hope to welcome you on a future tour.

There are 3 hikes involved - first two are beautiful and while the second was 40 min up a mountain it wasn’t that bad. Parts of it were slippery so you need to be careful. Lunch was at a cute place and food was ok. 3rd hike was through woods to look at rock formation and took about an hour and a half. The entire day from pick up to drop off was 12 hours not 10 as advertised. I personally would have preferred to do just the first two hikes - the 3rd was slow and long. Tour guides were very nice.

One of our guests was recovering from ankle surgery and needed extra time on the trails. Ellie and Monica were fantastic. Really enjoyed them. However I believe for Americans taking this tour you need more information. It should be clear that this is a strenuous hike and involves climbing up a steep pathway about 2km on the second stop. I dressed completely wrong today as I did not realize the extent of the hiking. The info I was provided was not sufficient to explain what the day involved. As mentioned, tour staff were wonderful.

A visit to three places in a national park on the German-Czech border. Involves quite a bit of hiking up and down hills. I logged over 8 miles for the trip, however you can skip the walk up to the natural arch which was most of the walking. Great views of sandstone formations, the Elbe River, a natural arch and limestone formations. The trip included a good lunch, snacks and water.

We had an amazing day with our guide Adam in Bohemian Switzerland national park. Adam worked hard to make sure our whole experience was comfortable. He had a lot of knowledge about the history in the area. This tour goes to three locations in a short time but I didn't feel rushed in any of them. The best part for me was the final stop and different ways that Adam worked hard to make sure everyone was having fun. Also, lunch was sooooo good! And in a gorgeous location.
