How to word an experience that was so over the top wonderful. First the kitchen and the pictures match, it is really clean and nice. The owner taught us herself, she is a trained chef. I asked to learn something not included in the usual class ahead of time, and she happily added. Her food was beautiful and totally fresh. It was the perfect amount of time, 2 hours. Any longer and my husband would be bored, but enough time to learn to cook an authentic meal. The chef is fun and clearly loves her company!

Pelin was a very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and interesting cooking instructor. Food preparation was fun and very hands on. I would highly recommend this cooking class.
