Vi afhenter dig på dit hotel eller indkvartering! En erfaren lokal guide vil afhente dig på dit ophold inden for 3 kilometer fra byens centrum (One North Pack Square) eller vil møde dig på Asheville Visitor Center, hvis du bor uden for den afstand. Udflugt vil tage dig gennem smukke bjerglandskaber på vej til at besøge tre imponerende vandfald og to beskyttede skove samt en naturskøn køretur langs Blue Ridge Parkway (hvis vejret tillader det) for at opdage den fantastiske udsigt omkring denne ikoniske vej, der forbinder to nationalparker. Vi tilbyder komfortable sæder i en klimakontrolleret van. Drikkevarer/snacks er inkluderet. Vigtigt Gæst bør være forberedt på at gå ca. 3 miles på vandreturen i løbet af en periode på 2 timer, herunder stop ved faldene, og du skal føle dig komfortabel med at gå denne afstand, før du foretager en reservation. Turen er ikke egnet til børn under 12. Vi vender tilbage til Asheville omkring 13:30.

Turen omfatter en køretur langs Blue Ridge Parkway (når den er åben), en amerikansk skat, der er kendt for sin naturskønne skønhed og bemærkelsesværdige udsigt over bjergene. (Bemærk: I vintermånederne kan Blue Ridge Parkway være lukket på grund af is og sne)
Læn dig tilbage, slap af og nyd denne fantastiske køretur til vores første vandfald i Pisgah National Forest, før du rejser en kort afstand for at besøge yderligere to vandfald i en smuk statsskov. Undervejs hører du til interessante historier om områdets rige historie, der har tiltrukket mennesker til området i generationer.
Bær behagelige sko eller vandrestøvler til den cirka 3 mil lange vandredel af turen på stier, der er klassificeret som let til moderat. Der er stop undervejs, der vil give dig tid til at nyde fald, en snack og drink, der er inkluderet. Medbring en lille dagspakke, hvis du har en. Din tur afsluttes med transport tilbage til dit hotel, så du resten af eftermiddagen kan nyde i ro og mag.

(sikker/gratis parkering) Pick up tid vil være mellem 7 : 45 - 8 : 15 am som vi har flere at planlægge på de fleste dage. Vi afhenter også: Sweet Pea Hostel, Bon Paul & Sharkeys Hostel, område Bed & Breakfast / Airbnb / VRBO / steder inden for 3 miles fra centrum. Vi afhenter inden for 3 km fra centrum, One North Pack Square Asheville NC 28801. Hvis du er uden for det område, kan vi mødes på: Hoteller i nærheden af Montford Avenue Asheville NC 28801. Parkeringen er sikker/gratis og vi er også medlemmer der.

My husband and I went on the Blue Ridge Highway and Waterfall tour from Asheville NC with our tour guide Tony. Tony is the ultimate tour guide, full of local knowledge and extraordinarily upbeat and energetic. His van is very comfortable and in great condition, and it was a smooth ride all the way. He is extremely focused on his customer’s needs. This tour is an excellent tour for moderate hikers. The 3-mile tour down to the waterfalls was just right for our ability. Tony was with us for every minute of the hike. We were very pleased with the entire experience and are glad that we decided to book this tour rather than do all the driving on single lanes and winding roads on our own. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR!

We’ve been to the Carolina mountains several times, but never had a chance to see the waterfalls. This tour sounded perfect, and it absolutely was better than expected. We were picked up at our hotel by our tour guide, Tony, who I can’t say enough good things about. The van was very comfortable, with big windows for a great view. The waterfalls were amazing!!! Loved each and every stop, the hiking was wonderful & pretty easy. This is a tour iI enjoyed so much, I didn’t want it to end. I HIGHLY recommend!

Our tour guide Tony picked us up & returned us to our hotel, which was so convenient since we did not rent a car. He drove safely and the drive was beautiful! We learned a lot of interesting facts about the mountains and the forests that we visited! Tony took great pics of us as well 🙂 Snacks and water were provided! I hope to do this trip again with my son and husband in the future!

Tony was absolutely amazing and incredibly professional. I decided to take a birthday trip from Texas to Asheville, North Carolina, and wanted to experience the beauty of the mountains. From the very beginning, Tony made the experience exceptional by personally picking up each hiker from their hotel, which was both thoughtful and appreciated. The tour itself was outstanding. It was informative, engaging, and gave me a much deeper appreciation for the area. I learned so much and truly enjoyed every moment. Asheville is a beautiful place, and Tony helped make my birthday trip even more memorable. I’ll definitely be returning to Asheville later this year, and when I do, I’ll be booking another tour with Tony. Highly recommended!
