Didn’t get a chance to experience. Operator of this excursion was asking for an addition $65 to take us to the excursion destination even though transportation was included in the package we paid for.We didn’t even use the tickets, we decided not to go after he was rudely texting asking for money. Would not recommend using this tour operator. They are all about getting extra money.

Admission or excursion fees were not included and were to be paid separately, as outlined in the tour details. At no point do we request additional money outside of what is clearly communicated upfront. Our messages were solely intended to ensure you had the correct information before your trip. I paid for blue hole river tubing. Our driver, Richard, picked us up, called ahead and said we didn't pay for the river tubing and we could pay again, so we didn't go. Look, booking through the cruise is more expensive, but at least you get something. I'll never use your service again

Our driver, Richard, related that when he picked you up from the cruise port in Falmouth, he explained the situation regarding the activity fees, and you acknowledged and understood this at that time. He even called ahead to confirm details for your convenience. We understand that travel expectations can sometimes be misunderstood, but we always encourage guests to carefully review the full tour description before booking. We had a great experience with Dwayne as our driver during our stop in Falmouth, Jamaica on a cruise. He picked us up promptly at the cruise port terminal and welcomed us with a warm and energetic attitude. He was very friendly, easy to chat with, and shared his love for Jamaican music while answering our questions about the island, culture, and politics. Dwayne’s primary role was as our driver—he took us to the Blue Hole, made a quick stop so we could get water shoes (which we highly recommend!), and connected us with a local guide for the excursion. He also brought us to a fantastic spot for jerk chicken after our adventure. While he was aware of our cruise departure time, we had to manage our schedule to ensure we made it back on time. He was very relaxed about timing, which made for a laid-back experience but also put us at risk of running late. Ultimately, he picked up the pace when we realized we were cutting it close, and we made it back just in time. Overall, Dwayne was a wonderful and welcoming driver who made our trip enjoyable. Just be mindful of planning your timing if you’re on a cruise schedule. We appreciate his hospitality and would still recommend his service!
Ricardo was an awesome tour guide!! He made the drive to the blue hole a lot of fun. We learned so much about his beautiful country. The blue hole was great! We had fun swinging and jumping into the cool water. The scenery is gorgeous!
So much fun! Mona was our guide on the river, she was so energetic and had some great jokes and just made the river fun! Daniel was our guide on the Blue Hole and was super nice with helping us through each jump. We would totally do this again!
Arrived by cruise ship and told where to meet the driver. He was prompt and the car was safe and clean. There was no organization though. He was simply a driver. He did not tell us how long the trip would take and had no plans for the amount of time we should spent at each site. The trip took about an hour an a half from the cruise port. We were then let into the falls and a guide met us. Hew was a guide that works at the falls but there was really no connection with our booked tour. This was not made clear as he expected a tip for his portion. He was really like a waiter showing us up to the falls then getting food or beer we did not have to pay for anything until we left. The second part of the trip was to the tube rafting which was great. Again, we were let in but the guide was not compensated so we have to give him a tip. The scariest thing was I was making the decision on time spent at each area. Luckily I figured this out early as we got back to the cruise terminal 5 min before the schedule departure time!!
