Met outside the airport, was waiting for me with an A4 paper sign, dropped me off at the destination. Smooth experience all round
Overall worked out fine. Driver contacted us ahead of time. However he wasn’t waiting at the entrance with a signboard as was initially expected. There was a bit of confusion on where he was as he was sitting around on a sidewalk further down from the entrance. Wasn’t too big of a deal but with alot of scalpers outside hustling us for a Yandex ride it wasn’t nice. In the end he got us to our final destination and the car was nice.
Driver not arrive at the agreed pickup location. No response to calls or messages. No refund from Viator.
Everything was quick and easy from booking to the actual pick up itself. Would definitely book again when returning to the city!
From prior contact to referral recommendations We kept in touch and had no trouble driving. And they were willing to deal with delays. I had no trouble with anything!
A great way to travel between Almaty and Bishkek. Instructions and communication was good and clear. Drivers were friendly and punctual with safe reliable vehicles and driving.
Great service. Early morning pickup at airport (430 am) and early morning hotel pickup (630 am). Friendly, skilled and well presented drivers and nice cars. Also offer weekend trips. Airport office as well. Highly recommend.
We had a bit of a hiccup at the visa office and the driver was patient enough to wait for us. He was nice and very helpful. It was not at all difficult to locate him after the immigration. He is definitely an expert navigator. I highly recommend them!

Our driver pick up was very friendly and greeted us at the airport with a smile. He helped my parents carry their luggages. We were very happy with the service.

The driver started to demand payment in the end of the trip. He also complained to the hotel staff that we didn’t pay him. He indicated that he didn’t receive any payments from Viator. This situation is unacceptable.
