Alejandro gave us the tour and it was excellent. Very punctual. He explains very well what it is about. Very professional with all his equipment. Highly recommended, a great experience

Do not trust this platform or their operators. I spent over $700 and wasted the #1 day of my vacation abroad traveling to Holbox for an activity, only for them to completely ruin it.They officially notified me of the cancellation just 1.5 hours before the scheduled start time, claiming the tour operator has the right to cancel whenever they want. To make matters worse, I later found out the activity had actually been cancelled 8 days ago. They knew about it for over a week and deliberately chose not to inform me until the last minute.When I complained, they lied and claimed the tour operator had contacted me earlier which is a complete fabrication. No one took responsibility. Instead, they had the audacity to offer a insulting 10% discount on a future purchase to make up for a $700 loss and a completely ruined vacation day.They do not value your time, money, or travel plans. Avoid them at all costs.

Mind-blowing experience, there was only a shadow of bioluminescence, two colored dots on a black cloth, nothing in the water or while walking or swimming; on the other hand, the mosquitoes devoured me despite kilos of spray and I had to resort to medical treatment. The person who organized the tour stood us up the first night, the second night he arrived half an hour late, with a guide who didn't know a word of English, we went into the jungle where there were dozens of other taxis and avalanches of people with no bioluminescence. It seems very much like a marketing initiative or something beautiful that was then ruined by wild tourism. A total disappointment

It was a wonderful experience. Alejandro does a great job communicating prior to the excursion, provides all the gear and is a wealth of knowledge about the bioluminescence and imparts his knowledge of the zodiac constellation. Put on lots of mosquito repellent if doing the tour in the Summer it helps tremendously.

I have been to Holbox before, but never with Alex to see the bioluminescence, definitely my best experience, they pick you up, they are very kind, they give a 10/10 explanation, and the most fabulous thing, THE WETSUITS THAT HELP KEEP THE MOSQUITOES FROM BITING YOU AS MUCH.

We had a fabulous time with Alex, we had an incredible opportunity to experience the bioluminescence. The pick up from our hotel was smooth, though there were so many of us someone had to sit in the truck-bed part of the taxi. Alex was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. We would absolutely recommend doing this tour. One thing to note is that the guide provides optional wetsuits to help prevent mosquito bites- this is done at a private residence and some sizes seemed to be limited- but again, this was optional. We would recommend Alex as a guide, we had an amazing experience- just some small items for folks to be aware of as they go in!

Alejandro was a fantastic guide! It was really cool seeing the bioluminescence as well as the constellations and a few flamingos! Appreciate that he gave all the information in both English and Spanish for us. Highly recommend!

Incredible night experience! Guided by Alex, we had an amazing experience entering the sea in the darkness, and as we began to move the water with our hands, it is spectacular how it 'lights up in the sea', filled with hundreds of small blue lights, and if you 'catch' one, it is a magical moment! Alex has a lot of experience, very good wetsuits that allow you to enter the sea without any problem! We had a 'FANTASTIC' experience!!

Had a great time seeing the bioluminescent plankton in Holbox. Alex was so kind, knowledgeable and prepared - timing everything perfectly and providing all of the gear (which was really nice quality). He shared lots of information about the plankton and the stars/constellations and even captured some great photos and videos that he shared with us after.
