We had a wonderful day at Versailles. The passport ticket was very convenient because we could visit the Palace and Gardens with one ticket. The rooms were beautiful, and the gardens were absolutely stunning. Definitely a memorable experience!
The booking process was simple, and we received our tickets without any issues. Versailles Palace was incredible, especially the Hall of Mirrors. We also enjoyed walking through the gardens. There is a lot to see, so it’s worth keeping a few hours for the visit.
Such a beautiful place! We enjoyed exploring the Palace, seeing the grand rooms, and spending time in the gardens. Having the passport ticket made the visit convenient and easy. A must-see if you’re visiting Paris and have time for a day trip to Versailles.
It wasn't the most pleasant experience at all tickets was extremely difficult to download had one young lady download them in a flash she sent me off to an area whereby I had to download them again and couldn't see another young lady said to her that I wasn't Tech savvy, she said that she was and couldn't download them, finally got them downloaded and wanted to send back to the start of the que. No way when you got into the palace it was heaving. Totally not worth it such an expense and truly not worth it. I have done things in the past with Viator and they have been OK. But this certainly wasn't one of them horrible. I don't know who is at fault but it was a horrible experience. John

We visited Versailles with our family and had a great experience. The Palace was impressive, but our favourite part was actually walking around the huge gardens and discovering the different areas. The Passport ticket was convenient because we could experience several parts of the estate during the same visit. A lovely day out from Paris.
We didn't receive our tickets once arriving at Versailles after receiving our e mail confirmation. It was sold out for the day. We spent an hour on the phone with Viator, but no resolution. My money was refunded, but we spent an hour in an uber each way. Very disappointed! I have used Viator numerous times and have had pleasant experiences elsewhere in the world.
This was our first visit to Versailles, and the Passport ticket made it easy to see so much in one day. The Palace rooms were stunning, but we also really enjoyed exploring the gardens and Petit Trianon area. There is a lot to see, so I would recommend keeping most of the day free for the visit.

This is a scam. I booked this as a last minute option. It cost twice what you pay when booking through official channels direct with the Palace. I took my daughter and we toured the Palace. We then went to the Gardens and there I was refused entry. One of the digital tickets was duplicated and someone else using the same details had entered the Gardens earlier. I had to pay for a new ticket. I called the helpline in UAE and was told I would be called back - never happened. I sent messages via the booking portal - no response. I contacted Viator and they have been unwilling to take responsibility. Do not book this tour - save yourself the money and book in advance direct with the Palace.
DO NOT BUY the Versailles ticket. I was refused entry and told by staff that one of my digital tickets had already been used that morning. I had to buy another. I called the helpline in UAE, was told I would be called back. That was over a day ago - still no call back. Seems like a scam. Do not use.
