Universal studios Singapore was our final stop before heading home. We had an absolutely incredible time and highly recommend. However just a heads up getting the tickets was a nightmare I couldn’t get through to tour company they just wouldn’t reply. Finally they did and we got tickets the day before which was rather stressful.
You should not book through here for universal. The company does not answer the phone nor do they reply to messages even though it’s visible that they are reading it on WhatsApp. They state you receive your tickets within 24 hours which is not the case. I would not book this and simple purchase direct at Universal Studios so you aren’t spending your vacation time trying to track down this company and have Viator tell you to call them yourself. Smh.

Entry tickets to Universal Studios were not provided. Viator went threw a third party vendor and they all claimed to have technical issues. Dream Fly Tourism said they would refund my money and it’s been 3 days and they are not answering calls or text.

Universal Studios Singapore is a MUST-VISIT The tickets were seamless to purchase and the park was incredible From thrilling rides to spectacular shows every moment was pure magic Highly recommend for an unforgettable experience.
It was OK. Weather extra hot so spoilt it for us especially waiting in the queues. Have plenty of water with you. Because I have previously been to the Universal Studios in Orlando this was no comparison but for 1st timer's they would probably love it. Very loud music everywhere you went. Best thing was the 4D film show of Shrek, which I would certainly recommend. Certainly would not go again. Cheaper to buy tickets on arrival than to buy on-line.
