We would like to clarify that describing this service as a “rip off” is not correct. The price paid does not refer only to the standard on-site entrance ticket. This product includes fast-track access and a digital audio guide, which are additional services clearly described before booking. Comparing the total service price only with the basic on-site ticket price is therefore not an accurate representation of what was purchased. Regarding the audio guide, it is regularly provided and works correctly. If you experienced any difficulty accessing it, our customer support was available to assist you during the visit. Contacting us at that moment would have allowed us to check the issue and provide the necessary support. The service was delivered as described, and we believe it is unfair to call it a “rip off” when the product includes services beyond simple entry and was correctly provided. Tout d’abord, les documents que vous avez présentés n’étaient pas les billets d’entrée, mais les vouchers de réservation. Comme indiqué clairement dans les informations du produit et dans la confirmation de réservation, les billets officiels sont envoyés la veille de la visite. Par ailleurs, le service acheté ne comprend pas uniquement l’entrée, mais également un audioguide numérique inclus dans l’expérience. Nous comprenons qu’une mauvaise lecture des informations puisse créer de la confusion, mais il est important de lire attentivement la description du produit avant la visite. Dear Denise, as stated in the description, this experience has no meeting point, which is why no tour operator was present. All entrance details, photos, audioguide instructions and tickets were sent the day before. Trevi Fountain is one of Rome’s highlights, so crowds are normal and not related to the product purchased.
