We paid 4 fast trick tickets price but got normal tickets. Have to upgrade tickets at the table mountain ticket office. Cost me extra R2600 to upgrade these 4 tickets for fast trick. Please refund the extra cost of R2600. Thanks
Incredible experience, cannot recommend enough! However, it states on the booking you can collect tickets at table mountain but this was not possible. Everyone we asked said you cannot collect from the cable cart. It was also much cheaper to buy tickets directly from the cable cart company. In fairness to Viator they were able to contact the ticket company and we had them issued. Unbelievable views from the mountain nevertheless!
It pushed me a little out of my comfort zone as I am afraid of heights but an amazing experience. The views are amazing
We visited Table Mountain as part of a social day outing with my work colleagues, and it was an amazing experience. The cable car ride was smooth, and the views from the top were absolutely breathtaking. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was great. It was a perfect way to relax, bond with colleagues, and enjoy one of South Africa’s most beautiful attractions. Highly recommended!
The activity was amazing but Aviator almost ruined my trip bcz they canceled my booking for quad biking without informing me and they promised to give me refund but never got my refund. So booking through Aviator may be too risky. I'm still waiting for my refund even now
I booked a ticket online and was in contact with one of your consultants informing me that I can't get a free ticket as it is my birthday month. I booked the ticket online an paid R950, which I didn't use, as I qualified for a free ticket. I emrequested a refund and was told to send an email,which I did without any feedback. I am highly upset and dissatisfied with your service. I included the ticket I purchased from you as well as my free ticket in the email, and up to date nobody contacted me.

Poor experience all round booked and paid for what we thought was fast track for the cable car. Had to beg them for the tickets to be sent on WhatsApp after them not answering the phone for ages and then to discover we didn't have fast track tickets at all even though we paid $60 per person. Very bad experience and not to be used

The experience we advertise is a pre-booked cableway ticket, which allows clients to secure their entry in advance and avoid the risk of tickets being sold out—especially during peak periods at Table Mountain Aerial Cableway. It also ensures clients do not spend time in the tickets line instead they head straight to the Cable Car, While this offers convenience and time-saving in planning, it is not a priority boarding or “fast track” lane ticket, as the cableway operates on a single queue system for all visitors. That said, we fully acknowledge that delays in sending your tickets and difficulty reaching us added unnecessary stress to your experience. This is not acceptable, and we are actively reviewing our response times and communication processes to ensure this does not happen again. Your feedback is extremely valuable, and we will also review how we present this product to ensure there is no misunderstanding in future. Such long queues we had to pay extra for fast track down as my sister had very bad vertigo from the experience. Otherwise was lovely.

However we are really sorry that you had to top up for a Fast Track ticket since you could not stand the long lines because of your sister's condition. Table Mountain is such a busy attraction especially during public holidaus and whenever Cruise ships stop over. Otherwise you had a good time since the experience was lovely. Its always like that on Table Mountain.
Fabulous views in the morning, nice trails to follow along the top of the mountain. Wait was not to long to get on the gondola to the top. Left as the clouds were moving in to obscure the views. Walk to the end of the trails along the top of the mountain.
