My ticket to climb the Pisa tower was not honored, so I did not get to climb. I was with my grandson, so I am very disappointed. The time on the ticket said 4:00, but the scanner at Pisa said 3:15 so we were not allowed in.

After reviewing the booking information, we can confirm that the tickets issued were valid and generated according to the reservation details provided by the attraction partner. The entry time shown on the voucher and the time recognized by the venue should normally correspond, and we regret any discrepancy that may have occurred at the entrance. Unfortunately, admission policies and final entry authorization are managed directly by the attraction staff on site. As the venue did not permit entry based on the information presented at the gate, we understand how disappointing and frustrating this situation must have been. Okay so I'm spending 2 weeks in Italy and this is one of my excursions and this was absolutely the worst excursion I experienced since I've been in Italy. First off, they sent you the ticket via WhatsApp which is kind of weird because vidor usually sends. You usually get your ticket through the buyer website but not this time. And then on top of that they sent it to me the night before I was leaving to go to the excursion. So I already set up the transportation to go to Pisa. Another terrible thing is that they don't respond to your messages. The only way they would respond is if I reached out to vidor and then right after I reached out to buy it then they will respond. If you get this tour and you're stupid enough to get it, don't get the audio guided tour. I was not able to get the audio guided tour which is like a you know headphone set or something. I tried repeatedly trying to contact them and I was actually in line. I reached out to Ryder within a minute or so they respond. And then they told me oh you could get the ticket. You could get the audio guide at the counter there. I was right at the entrance of the Tower of Pisa. There is no counter. I even asked the lady you was scanning the ticket. She's like no. There's no audio guide. When they responded to me and I told them that conversation stopped. I reached out to Viator and even Viator could not get a hold of them. I was very upset because it sounded like they'd never even been to the Tower of Pisa before. Another thing they told me I could bring my backpack inside the Tower of Pisa. When I went to the guards they said no. You need to send it into the locker. They did not explain the locker situation in the tour description so I didn't understand the process and the guards ended up yelling at me. I was quite upset actually. And then there's a actual journey to the Tower of Pisa. It's about 230 steps and you have to be and I have to have a certain level of fitness and you can't have mobility issues or you're not going to make it. And I understood that. But the highlight is going up to the top looking around the city and then going back down for 50 bucks. That's a rip. A matter of fact when they gave me my ticket was only $20 and I saw it in the ticket there so they get more like a $30, a $30 upgrade more than it cost the ticket. And on top of that they didn't give me the audio guide and they're not responsive. I got to think Viator because they were very helpful. I explained what happened and I said could they at least give me the difference in a refund from the ticket only to the audio? The guide ticket they said let me reach out to the company. They couldn't even get a hold of the company so they're going to try to get me a refund right now. If you do the tour, the leaning Tower of pizza don't do an audio guided tour. Just get a ticket go up there. But more importantly, I think for most people just to go to and see the the Tower of Pisa is enough and take pictures. It's it's okay to go up there. Okay. Another positive though. Is that the excursion included the monastery and that's all included? The monastery and the Tower of Pisa. But there are other buildings near there so you might want to consider doing either a fool tour or just getting the tickets through directly through the Tower of Pisa or whatever or if there's a cheaper one but don't get it again tour cuz it'll be a waste of money and definitely don't use what was the name of that company dream fly tours. They rip you off. You can't get a hold of them. They're all the way in Saudi Arabia. When I tried calling them they ain't going to be able to help you and the way they practice this not giving you the correct information or enough information which leads to a lot of stress. And if you're paying that amount of money you shouldn't get any stress from it all. See if I could give a zero rating for this company I would. I actually recommend it to Viator that they kick them off their list cuz they're terrible

Nice place to visit and the climbing experience is a must. Keep in mind that is not much to do around this area and just few hour should be good enough for your time in Pisa.

We had tickets to go up the Tower of Pisa. Our tickets were for 4 PM and when the ticket was scanned, it was for 5:15 PM not 4:00 PM. We couldn't get in touch with the operator in time to change the ticket. I requested a refund have not yet received it.
The process was easy and convenient. It was a good way to get hard to get tickets. I recommend this method to obtain access to the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
