They called me just 10 minutes before my scheduled tour, as I was arriving, to tell me that one of their four carts wasn't working and they had to cancel my tour. It was extremely frustrating to have the tour canceled at the last minute after I had already made the trip there. I'm also left wondering how they decided whose reservation to cancel. It almost feels like if I hadn't answered their call, someone else might have been canceled instead. The whole situation seemed disorganized and could have been handled much better.
Yes I called and apologized, I tried hard but the Golf Cart it was planned last minute it was out of order for some technical issues. I asked the customer if he can do next day unfortunately they were unable to do. I feel bad about it. Any time if they come back or someone from the family, I will be more than happy to offer them a complementary Tour. My apologies
Dr.Zeleke was an amazing tour guide. His breathe of knowledge about Washington DC and the United States was boundless. What an enjoyable experience. The E-Cart was so comfortable and the weather was perfect. Would book again. With only 7 of us in the cart, the tour was more personal. Likely better than those buses that looked like cattle movers.

We were in DC for my daughter’s law school graduation celebrating with family! This tour was the perfect activity for our entire family! We learned so much about history and museums. Highly recommend Yohannes!

Highly recommend this tour! It was fun and engaging for our group, who were ages 18 to 80+! It was customized to our interests and we learned all sorts of interesting tidbits about DC history!

We were confirmed upon posting full payment one month prior to tour. We showed up and waited 15 minutes with NO indication of cart arriving. I called the number on the ticket and was advised that the tour was cancelled. We received NO notification in advance of the tour and wasted an entire evening of our 4 night stay in DC. At 8:04 pm that evening (after my vendor call) I got an email saying our credit card had been refunded—but way too little too late. Their communication is terrible as we should have been notified in advance of this cancellation and would have made other plans. VERY Disappointing.
Yes due to the July 4th event all the memorials were shutdown no were to drive. I understand you disappointment. I am frustrated because of so many cancellations. I apologized. If you comeback any time in the next one year, please call us and we will give you a complete complementary private tour. Thanks
This was a wonderful experience. It was difficult to make a choice on tours, because there are so many operators. I’m glad we chose this tour! Our guide was informative, kind, and knowledgeable. We walked away having learned so much. I’ve been to D.C many times for work and vacation, and have been on several tours, but this, by far, was the best. He gave great directions throughout the tour, so we knew exactly what to expect. We had plenty of time at all of the stops. We were sad to see the night come to a close. We would definitely book again! Thank you!

We had a great time on Saturday night with our monuments tour with Johannes. He has a wealth of information and our whole family enjoyed listening as he drove us all around. He joked around with our kids and was so kind. We all said this was our favorite part of our trip.
