We had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Indrawan! From the moment he picked us up, he made us feel so welcome with his warm and friendly personality. He was incredibly patient, never made us feel rushed, and was always happy to accommodate our pace. He was also very responsive throughout the day and gave us excellent suggestions on how to plan our itinerary to maximize our time while avoiding crowds. His local knowledge made the experience even better, and everything ran smoothly thanks to his thoughtful planning. This experience was so much fun and adventurous. They really know how to take good pictures, they be getting all the angles !!!! And our driver Dode Ganteng made our experience 1000x better. He was so kind and every knowledgeable of the culture and areas we drove too. Dode was so sweet and he’s really funny lol. I would recommend him to friends and family. Thank you so much!!! We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this tour. Our driver, Chiki, was fantastic. He was so friendly, chatty, and made us feel comfortable throughout the day. He shared so much interesting knowledge about Bali, its culture, and local life, which made the journey just as enjoyable as the destination. Our trek guide was also excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the volcano and the surrounding area and made the hike even more enjoyable by explaining what we were seeing. She also took lots of photos for us at the top of the volcano, which we really appreciated and meant we could just enjoy the incredible views. Thank you both for making our trip so memorable!

All I can say is “Indrawan Arka” is the BEST! So patient and knowledgeable, made me comfortable from the start to the end. He made sure I got the very best experience. I Highly Recommend this tour. A full day and It was 10/10!

Excellent day from start to finish, our host chiki was absolutely fantastic, he is so knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Chiki made us feel so special. When we return to Bali next year, we will only be requesting Chiki as our host. The day ran so smoothly, We especially enjoyed the Bali swings and Koi boat.We came away with a lot of amazing pictures and fun memories. The whole tour was absolutely fantastic. I had such an amazing experience in Bali! Every stop was beautiful, fun, and well organized. Our tour guide, Dode Ganteng Jisjos, was absolutely awesome. He was friendly, professional, patient, and made the entire experience even better. He made sure we were comfortable and kept the day fun and stress-free from start to finish.
