This was an amazing beautiful snorkeling experience! The captain and crew were so friendly and helpful. The snorkeling gear provided was great quality and easy to use. Definitely worth booking!
This trip was great! The crew was awesome! Brice Koa and Mono I believe were their names. They were helpful and respectful of my husband who has mobility issues. They kept a good eye while we snorkeled. They even helped rescue a group of young men (3) on a broken waverunner in the middle of ocean on our way back!
Best bang for your money, about 1.5 actual water time. This was our second time with same company. Missed Captain Kelly this time. Kiwami was great as always and a wonderful host. The two new crew were not as fun as Kelly. There was a different boat this time without a slide because it was being repaired. There is plenty of water and snacks. The smaller boat didn't have enough seating for my family so we sat upstairs and it can be a bit shaky for older people and kids. Just sit if you are not used to being up top. I would do this trip again with the same company. But yeah, Captain Kelly have fun in Ecuador, see you next time. Kiwami-you're so sweet to my kids.
The best snorkeling experience so far. Water clarity was very good, fish were plentiful, snorkeling was confined to a relatively small but beautiful area with good coral topography so snorkeling was easy and interesting. We had 1 1/2 hrs to snorkel which was great. We couldn’t go on the 8 AM tour when it was sunnier and would have made the colors of the coral and fish more intense. We went on the 12:30 pm tour knowing the better conditions were probably better earlier but you do what you can when you can. My wife and I thought the experience was definitely worth it and were pretty experienced travelers and snorkelers. We’re in our mid and late 70s. The lunch sandwiches were very good and the captain and crew were excellent. The snorkel gear was very good.
The operators were knowledgeable. They made us feel safe. The food was good. Fruit was fresh and delicious. They were witty and funny. A fun snorkel adventure all around.
Good experience. Was a calm day and we got to see various fishes and corals. We also encountered some dolphins on the way back near the pier and the captain made a short stop to show us.
Captain Jacob was absolutely delightful and informative . Loved that the boat crew just let us jump out and do our own thing!!
Crew of the boat were young and fun but very experienced. Gear was great. Captain was very informative and entertaining. Crew was friendly and compassionate for every customer. Reef was absolutely stunning. If you’re visiting the big island and even slightly considering booking a snorkel tour, do it. You won’t leave disappointed.

Captain Bryce and his crew were phenomenal; funny, entertaining, and informative. The snorkeling equipment was clean and well fitting. We spent a long time in Cook’s Cove independently exploring the many species of fish and other creatures living there. We returned to the boat for a tasty lunch and then spent time going down the water slide and frolicking in the water. As a bonus, on the way back we rescued some people who were stranded on a jet-ski and a bucket that got away from the people on the shore. This crew truly cares about the island. Highly recommend!
