Our zipline adventure was one of the highlights of our Hawaii vacation! From the moment we arrived, our guides (Gary, Rocky and Young) were professional, efficient, and organized, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Most importantly, they placed a strong emphasis on safety, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the tour. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Soaring above the Umauma Stream and taking in the stunning views of cascading waterfalls and flowing water below was an unforgettable experience. The combination of adrenaline and Hawaii’s natural beauty made every zipline run spectacular.

The scenery was beautiful. We’ve zipped 3-4 times in other locations. The zip lines were long but not really thrilling or exhilarating, which was a big disappointment. One guide, the sandy blond curly haired guy, was fun and engaging; but the others were not. They kept us safe, but were dull. Would we do this again?

Great time zip lining!!! Highly recommend! Takes about 2 hours to do all 9 lines. Cornhole/food/shade at waiting area!
We had an amazing experience on our zipline tour! It was so cool to zip over the beautiful landscape. Our 10 year old had never gone ziplining before and she was a bit nervous but the awesome guides at the Umauma experience made it easy for her and she had so much fun too! Highly recommended!
Beautiful scenery. Group was large so a good deal of waiting. Less canopy style connections between lines than others we have done. But the property is well kept and some of the zip lines were over spectacular scenery.
It was GREAT except a family showing up late and not understanding that little kids needed to go with the guides before the parents on certain ziplines due to their weight, and asking the same questions at every zipline location - the guides were great and very patient with the same questions over and over. Other than that, it was a fun experience.
A lot of fun and amazing views. The lenght of the visit (event) was appropriate. The amount of people in the group we reasonable. The staff was cool and helpful. The only thing which needs improvement is a sign on Highway 19: Instead of their competitor they do not have any sign and google maps is navigating in the wrong direction of you enter the address.
Incredible! This was my first time on a zip line and it exceeded my expectations! Everything was seamlessly done- safety, transitioning from one line to the next, and super fun. The scenery is breathtaking! Totally recommend.
My first zipline ever at 83 years old. Wonderful experience. The staff took great care of me.
