Forestil dig, at du rider gennem vinmarkerne og olivenlundene og udforsker Bevagnas middelaldertraditioner, mens du nyder en espresso i et romersk amfiteater. Stop for et billede sammen med den fantastiske natur på cykelstien Assisi-Spoleto. Træd i Valle Umbra på en let og tilgængelig tur, ideel til madelskere og udendørselskere. Vi tager dig med til vores vens bondegård til en autentisk hjemmelavet italiensk frokost, tilberedt af Mama Doriana, på en smuk veranda ud mod en pool nedsænket i en hundredeårs olivenlund. Dette er en rigtig farm-to-table oplevelse, da alt, hvad du skal smage her, er produceret direkte på gården. Økologisk, velsmagende, hjemmelavet, enkel. Tag en svømmetur før frokost, smag noget traditionel umbrisk vin, og slap af i poolen, før du rider tilbage gennem solsikkemarker for en uforglemmelig oplevelse. Tag alt det i ét skud. Ved ankomst til vores cykelbutik begynder vi cykelmonteringen og rutebriefingen, inden vi starter vores eventyr.
Kør gennem den smukke middelalderby Bevagna, før du stopper ved hovedtorvet for en kaffepause.
Vi kører gennem Greenways Assisi-Spoleto i cirka 10 km for at nå byen Cannara, kendt for historien om Saint Francis og også for produktionen af den berømte Onion of Cannara. Undervejs vil din guide give dig masser af indsigt og tid til billeder.
Vi tager dig til vores vens bondegård til en autentisk hjemmelavet italiensk frokost, tilberedt af Mama Doriana, på en rustik bondegård. Dette er en rigtig farm-to-table oplevelse, da alt, hvad du skal smage her, er produceret direkte på gården. Økologisk, velsmagende, hjemmelavet, enkel. Fra juni til september vil en swimmingpool omgivet af olivenlunde være tilgængelig.
Efter frokost er det en hurtig tur tilbage til udgangspunktet. Tak fordi du sluttede dig til os!

Daniel was outstanding from music while you bike the countryside to great Italian life talk during our farm to table lunch a a private country villa plus a dip in a pool to cool off before biking again.
Daniele led us on a fantastic bike ride in the countryside. He explained where and what makes Umbria so special. We went to a local winery for tasting and lunch. A perfect day!!!
What an amazing day! Truly the highlight of our Italy trip for me! The weather was perfect, the scenery was breathtaking, and Daniele was an amazing guide! Lunch at Il Cerrato was also incredible. I can't recommend this experience enough!
We loved our day out on the e-bikes enjoying Umbrian small villages and farming areas with Daniele. It was a well planned day mainly taking small back roads and pathways which made it very enjoyable. The lunch experience at a family farm was a delight with all the food grown and cooked there. We enjoyed wines and food we have not experienced elsewhere in Italy. Grazia Daniele for a wonderful experience.

This was an excellent day out , Daniele was an excellent guide, with lots of information to share. We are not hard core riders this was excellent for us and the e bikes were easy to ha clean and made hills a piece of cake. The wine teas to g abd lunch were lovely, hosted by Francesco the winemaker, he told us all about his wines and was a very pleasant guy. All in all top class. Highly recommended.
This was a hilight in our wonderful trip to Umbria. Our guide Daniele is experienced, personable, and accommodating, and attentive to rider safety at all times. The ride has breathtaking views (Spello, Assisi, Montefalco), and the farm-to-table lunch is beyond all expectations. Huge bang for the buck on this experience and we would recommend it to anyone who can ride a bike. Thank you Daniele!
Daniele ewes a great tour guide. He made everyone in the group feel engaged. Friendly and entertaining. Food at Il Cerreto was delicious and a lot of foods . Beautiful country side.
