Du får en fremragende mulighed for at besøge en af de ældste vinproduktioner i Moldova - vinkældrene i Cricova Winery, mest besøgte i Moldova. Den repræsenterer en unik underjordisk by, kendt over hele verden for sine enorme labyrinter af gader, og især for sine fremragende vine. Det er også en god måde at besøge Moldovas mest værdifulde natur- og kulturarv - Old Orhei-reservatet, sammen med Curchi-klosteret, som er et af de smukkeste klostre i vores land. En hel dagstur for at se Moldovas bedste seværdigheder. Afhængigt af antallet af reservationer kan turen nogle gange være privat eller delt med små grupper, op til 8-10 personer. Men fra vores erfaring er de fleste af vores grupper 3-4 eller 5 personer.

Vi besøger Curchi-klosterkomplekset, der ligger omkring 30 km fra Old Orhei-reservatet. Kulturel, religiøs og historisk væsentlig baggrund fra over to århundreder gør Curchi-klosteret til en højt kvalificeret arv blandt de mest betydningsfulde monumenter i moldavisk religiøs arkitektur.
Besøg det populære Old Orhei med dets berømte hulekloster, Butuceni Etnografisk Museum fra begyndelsen af det XX århundrede, ruinerne af Tartars by Shehr al-Djedid (14. - 16. århundrede). Det er bare et unikt naturligt og historisk kompleks i det fri.
Cricova Winery ligger i en dybde på 60-80 meter, hvilket repræsenterer en rigtig underjordisk by. Cricova Winery repræsenterer et unikt underjordisk kongerige, der er velkendt over hele verden for sine enorme labyrinter, og især for sine fremragende vine. Her vil vi have en 2,5 timers tur, der inkluderer udflugt i Cricovas vinsektioner og vinsmagning (3 typer vine, nødder, kiks, vand).

The winery, which was lovely, and an essential part of the tour, was very crowded. While we started on time, the group was very large and it was very hard to hear our tour guide. We sped through the tunnels, hardly saw anything related to the wine making, and the tasting felt very rushed and I learned very little about what we were drinking. The stops before the winery were interesting and Natalie was a good guide but she did not accompany us in the winery.
Fantastic day out with a personable and knowledgeable guide. We had a fun time with our group, and really enjoyed seeing the countryside, the impressive and picturesque monastery, and Old Orhei. Lunch was perfect, eating outside on a covered terrace with a breeze, the traditional foods and setting was a great experience. Great menu, great options for food, and excellent photo opportunities. Our last stop, for the Cricova Winery tour and tastings was super fun, as wine tastings often are. The guide at Cricova was a funny personality, he did a great job with a big group, our time slot included around 30+ people. We tasted 7 wines, we loved the whites and roses, and the snack plate went perfectly with it all. Seeing the many miles of tunnels, including the cubbies built into the stone for the wine collections, is very cool. The day started around 09.30 with a pick up at our hotel, and we were dropped off sometime around 17.00 (after the wine, so not sure exactly!), the day went by quickly, it never felt too long, and we really appreciated seeing some highlights of Moldova outside of Chisinau. Highly recommend this tour!
We had an amazing guide and saw some of the most interesting places of Moldova around the capitol Chisinau. Also we had a friendly group.
Super fun day. If you get Marina as a guide you're lucky. She is so knowledgeable and talks about history which I like.

Fantastic your, fantastic guide, loved it. Would highly recommend! Went on this tour with my sister and mum and it was amazing. Going at your own pace you get to see the amazing monastery, museums, tunnels and more and then you finish on the wine tour which was simply amazing, I would do it all over again. Moldova was beautiful covered in sunflowers lovely!

Prompt pickup with information put on WhatsApp. Glad they mentioned taking along sweater or jacket as Cricova Winery is underground and quite cool. Make sure to wear sneakers and not sandals as ground is rocky at Orhei Monastery.
Corina was wonderful. Her passion for Moldovan history and culture is impressive. The tour was well paced and informative.
A great day, Natalia is an excellent guide who was knowledgeable, friendly and very open to honest discussion around different questions. The sites visited were a great introduction to some of the best places in Moldova. We are looking forward to trying another tour with this operator in the future.
