Colosseum (italiensk: Colosseo) er et elliptisk amfiteater i Rom, Italien, lige øst for Forum Romanum. Det er det største antikke amfiteater, der nogensinde er bygget, og på trods af sin alder er det stadig den største stående arena i verden.

I was very wary and worried when I keep seeing negative reviews coming up for this tour but I can say that I was pleasantly surprised at the experience I had. The only reason that it is not a 5* review if that our original time slot of 8.30am got cancelled which was slightly disappointing but understand that things happen. The commutation to let us know was fantastic, we received a call and a text, we were given multiple options to choose from so still felt like we got to choose what time slot worked better for our itinerary. The tickets were sent directly to my email address 5/6 hours prior to the 11am time slot, meaning I had plenty of time to download them ready for our tour. Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill was such an amazing tour. I would say that my experience was a pleasant one and very good value for money and would not hesitate to book with this company again. Thank you ☺️
Ordered tickets, drove down but never got the tickets by mail. Just got a ticket that doesn't work to get in. Trying to call, send mail and everything you can try. Ended up going home without seeing
This company canceled our audio tour of the coliseum the morning of our scheduled time. No apology or anything just an email. Booked through Trip Advisor, never had an issue before. Trip Advisor should work with this tour company any more. We were fortunate and bought two tickets for 9:30am and just toured on our own and saved $50.
I paid online for the tickets. We were sent an email with the tickets. When presented at the venue we were told they were not the tickets. We tried to contact the agent who laughed at me and told me he didn't care. I believe it was a scam. Do not book through this operator. Only gave 1star because you have to rate it
I booked the audioguided tour to the Colosseum 3 days in advance, but heard absolutely nothing from Zoveel Tours. I tried to write an email to them, but still haven't heard anything. Then I tried to call them the day before we were supposed to visit the Colosseum, which was Sunday. When after repeated attempts I finally get through. I was told why I was bothering them on a Sunday and that I should write an email, and then the phone was slammed shut. On the morning we were supposed to visit the Colosseum, I got the tickets 30 minutes before, but they moved the time 1 1/4 hours.
The most important attraction we booked through Tripadvisor was canceled 45 minutes before entry, and we are more than disappointed with such a procedure!!!! Everything was confirmed beforehand, and we made the long trip there for nothing!
Beware. We booked the audio Colloseum tour. Received the viator app voucher but we needed tickets we were denied entrance at the coliseum. Called the local ticket operator only to be told that they couldn’t get us tickets for our tour and there was nothing we could do. Although they were happy to take our money. No emails, phone calls texts to inform us of this. We weee just stranded at the entrance to the colloseum. Very disappointing. Not sure how I am going to get my money back now as the tour operator is non responsive through the messaging portal. We only had one day in Rome. We visited the Vatican in the morning which was fantastic. To be let down at the gates to the Colloseum was very disappointing. Please do not book this tour. I
Really bad and disappointing experience. Our booking was confirmed and it said we would receive the tickets a few hours before our time slot. I hadn't heard anything so i phoned and was told these would be sent right over. After a while i still hadn’t received the tickets so sent a message didnt get a response but then just received an email from trip advisor to say that the host had cancelled our booking. I messaged to ask why and never heard anything. This was just a few hours before so we couldnt book another tour
Couldn't get in. Operator not responsive. Unclear instructions. Completely wasted money. Disappointing.
Worst experience. Don’t want to give even a single star. Cancelled the tickets after reaching the place. And still no refund.
