Dette besøg i den sydvestlige del af øen lover masser af sightseeing og vandfald, der starter med FLOREAL og TROU AUX CERF VIEWPOINT. Hans was a great tour guide who was really informative about everything we went to see and Mauritian culture. Got to see everything as advertised and even though the weather wasn’t great, it was still a worthwhile trip. Would definitely recommend and the lunch was lovely.

After making the booking a few hours later I got a message saying that I need to pay $55 extra since its a single person taking the tour. Then I agreed immediately as I had no other choice and next day they said they will try to find a driver for me. I had to wait for 3 hours and finally somone came. The driver was not friendly and didnt speak much during the entire tour. His speech was limited to what the places where and he didnt give any further information. What we expect from a tour is a friendly guide but this was far from it. During lunch he asked whether I would pay for it even though it was included as part of the tour. No water bottle as promised in the tour package. Overall disappointing.
Greetings, 1st of all i wish to reply to this review to set the goat that people reading this should understand that when we refuse a booking, its because we cannot fulfill it and we will allocate a full refund,in your case, i spoke to you personally and you responded with go for it for the extra 55 answer at 6 am on the day of the tour. At 8 after seeing your message we kindly asked you to put it on the next day or cancel it which you said you have to do it or you will lose one day and you are leaving Mauritius on the next day. At 9 we told you we do not have free drivers and we are canceling it, and you spoke with me AND called hotline to tell them how important that day is for you. Seeing you in such a situation we arranged for an Outside the company tour guide for which we informed you in the morning and you said yes it doesnt matter and we have proof of conversation. Water bottled its clearly mentioned that you need to ask the driver for it because we dont keep it in the car due to health regulations and being a green company, we avoid plastic as much as possible and upon requests we then BUY IT INFRONT OF THE GUESTS FRESH AND INFORM THE GUESTS ABOUT WASTAGE AND POLLUTION LAWS IN MAURITIUS. Please i strongly advice guests to read our information tab carefully before booking Best regards Hans

I booked this tour mainly because I am a huge wine lover and I recommend this, the rum tasting session got me very tipsy, make sure not to drink too much as you won't be able to enjoy the marvelous lunch they will treat you. I think it's a very good tour with visit to more than 3 parka. Thanks Hans and sham for making our 4 day holidays the best one

I wish to inform all person booking this tour to book with Hans, it takes too long as it has a lot of activities, he as very nice to us as it’s the second tour booked with them, I doubt other drivers will be the same but it’s awesome. Value for money
