Oplev historien om Berlinmuren i en 3,5-timers cykeltur. Hvad skete der i Berlin efter 2. verdenskrig? Hvorfor byggede de en mur, og hvad betyder det for berlinerne på begge sider? På en cykeltur langs den tidligere Berlinmur vil vi give dig en idé om, hvordan livet var, og hvordan Berlin blev igen i de sidste årtier.

Brandenburger Tor i Berlin er en tidlig klassiker, triumfport, der står på den vestlige flanke af pladsen Pariser Platz i Berlins Mitte-distrikt.
Berlinmurens mindesmærke mindes delingen af Berlin ved muren og dødsfaldene ved Berlinmuren.
Mauerpark er en park i Berlin. Navnet går tilbage til Berlinmuren, der blev opført i 1961, og som dannede grænsen mellem de tidligere distrikter Prenzlauer Berg og Wedding. Dette er grænsen mellem distrikterne Prenzlauer Berg og Gesundbrunnen.

Checkpoint Charlie var en af Berlins grænseovergange gennem Berlin-muren mellem 1961 og 1990, idet den forbundne sovjetiske og amerikanske sektorer i Friedrichstrasse mellem Zimmerstrasse og Kochstrasse og forbinder således Østberlin-distriktet Mitte med det vestberliniske distrikt Kreuzberg.
Tårpaladset er det kendtlige navn i Berlin, hvor det tidligere udgangsparti ved grænseovergangsstedet Bahnhof Friedrichstraße i den opdelte by Berlin var mellem 1961 og 1989.

The tour was great and all services from Berlin on Bike were impeccable. Very exciting tour! The link from Tripadvisor was misleading, which is why we arrived late. However, the staff at Berlin on Bike let us join anyway and accompanied us to the first stop. Thank you very much!

We rode with Guy with two couples. Loud voice and passionate narrator over the wall. In just over 3 hours much seen and heard. Top that he gave us a top 10 must see at the end. By bike the best way to discover Berlin.

Because of the extreme heat, my son and I were the only participants and got a private tour. We both found it incredibly fun and interesting. Our German guide (spoke good Dutch), was super nice and knew how to illuminate the experiences and events nicely from different points of view and interests. Highly recommended for several generations.

Very personal tour with great insights off the beaten path. Many memories from the Cold War era were awakened, paired with impressions of what became of it during and after the reunification. Olli was a fantastic tour guide!
