Oplev Berlins julemarkeder med Fork & Walk, mens vores foodie-guide tager dig med på en eventyrrejse gennem Berlins magi i december. På denne meget specielle tur vil du opleve en række lækre julemarkedsspecialiteter med klassiske juledrikke. Plus, insider-oplysninger om alle retterne og det lokale kvarters historie. For at få dig i humør, tænk på blinkende juletræer, der guider vores vej til duften af honningkagemænd, ristede kastanjer, sydende tyske pølser, regionale vildsvin, friske duger, berømt gløgg (Glühwein), norsk + dansk gløgg og andet læskende specialiteter. Dette vil helt sikkert få dine smagsløg prikkende og mavevarm og tilfreds under skæret fra et traditionelt Berlin-julemarked. På denne tur går vi til fods og med offentlig transport for at opdage hvert af Berlins julemarkeder. På hvert julemarked vil vi have en række smagsprøver og tid til at opdage markedet og nyde den særlige atmosfære.

Vi starter på en af Berlins top 3 julemarkeder, da vi smager de traditionelle retter og den berømte Glühwein.
Hør historien om Tysklands verdensberømte gademad, der blev grundlagt i Berlin. Som vi besøger Østberlins mest berømte gademadsstall for at smag legenden.
Berlin er en unqiue by, og dette er delvist personificeret af 24-7 Berliner '' Spätis '' rundt om i byen. Vi nipper til nogle regionale Berlin-smag og lærer om denne meget specielle culutre, som karakteriserer Berlin.
En rigtig lokal oplevelse, når vi dykker ned i det skandinaviske julemarked, der foregår i 1800-tallets friluftsbryggeri. Gå en tur gennem de brostensbelagte historiske bygninger, mens du smager de røgede, grillede og ristede juleklassikere.

It was a great time! Great food, lots of Glühwein! Simon was a great guide and very knowledgeable lots of fun! Something happened where the original tour i had planned had not enough guests and they moved me to this one very smoothly for no extra charge! This tour ended up lasting 4 hours! Every second was great though!

Nice experience with our travel guide, Simon. Meeting place was a tiny bit confusing but a quick text cleared it up - great communication. Small group so it was lovely chatting with others. Went to 3 markets and enjoyed food at all. Wish there was more time to spend at the first one as it was just a quick snack and drink. Overall a wonderful experience that I would recommend.

Simon was a great guide! The meeting place was a bit confusing but he responded to the text quickly. We went to 3 different Christmas markets. Enjoyable but would have loved a little bit more time to walk around each. Food was good.

My mother and I had a truly magical time on the Berlin Christmas Markets and Culinary Tour with Benjamin. He was warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about both Berlin and its holiday traditions. He guided us through beautifully lit markets, shared the history behind the festivities, and created such a welcoming atmosphere that it felt like the perfect winter evening. One of the best parts of the tour was the incredible variety of foods and drinks we were able to try. With Benjamin leading the way, we enjoyed raclette, Kaiserschmarrn, glühwein, Danish gløgg, bratwurst, and flammkuchen. Each stop offered something unique and delicious, and Benjamin explained the origins and traditions behind them, which made every tasting even more memorable. The pacing was relaxed, the markets were magical, and Benjamin’s thoughtful commentary added depth to every stop. This tour became one of our favorite experiences in Berlin and we highly recommend it, especially with Benjamin as your guide.

My tour was more of an overall history tour that did not focus on the specific markets or types of food found in those specific markets. This is fine as long as that’s known upfront as I expected to learn more about the foods available a the markets themselves.

We had been to many Christmas markets prior to this tour, yet we Still learned so much about the history in and around the markets we visited with this tour. Tiago did a fantastic job sharing the history and having us try new foods we never would’ve thought to try! So fun!

First food stop not bad, downhill from there on - v small “taster” portion of cake, lots of standing around, nearly two hour period walking to library (?) & on tram (fare not included) with no food. Then dumplings & sausage roll & that was it! V little explanation of local market history
