Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the trip, particularly visiting the spectacular Benagil Cave, and that you considered the experience good value for money. However, we feel your review does not fully reflect the experience provided. During the tour, we visit seven caves, including Benagil Cave, and provide explanations about the coastline and its points of interest. Our tours are limited to a maximum of 12 guests, allowing us to offer a more personal experience and access areas that larger boats cannot easily reach. Life jackets are required throughout the tour for everyone’s safety, even during the warm Algarve summer. We also include a swimming stop whenever sea and weather conditions allow, and fresh water is available throughout the trip. We always welcome constructive feedback, but we believe it is important that reviews accurately represent the full experience. We’re sorry that some aspects of the tour did not meet your expectations, but we hope you were still able to enjoy the caves, coastline and time spent on the water. Best wishes, Blue Ocean Trips

I know how stressful it can be when a cruise itinerary changes or a tender arrives late, especially when you have a tour booked. I was more than happy to adjust the time and come over to the port to pick you up. For me, looking after my guests is just as important as showing them our beautiful coastline and caves.
