This was such a fun excursion for us and we were grateful to learn about the history and variety of Belizean cuisine while we were here in San Pedro. We loved having Melva as a host - so knowledgeable and interesting. Thank you!
Jamil, our tour guide, was amazing. he gave us great insight into some of the history and the culture. He explained how all the food was connected. He was also very personable and had a lot of funny teasers. All the food we tasted was delicious. It was a great tour, and we highly recommend this tour!
Everything about this experience was 10/10. Food was delicious with nice size portions to sample. Not too much walking and we received drinks at each stop. It was also my mom’s birthday so they surprised her with a brownie at the end of the tour. Highly recommend if you’re visiting San Pedro.

Come hungry! Jamil was absolutely amazing and I am so happy we did this tour. We got to experience some of the local spots that isn’t always highlighted on social media. I was a small group and every spot had a little history and absolutely amazing food! Book this tour if you want authentic great food and experience.
Food stops were great choices. Really gave you taste of the island. Our bellies were full and we had drinks as well. Tour guide, Jamil, was charismatic and funny. Great conversations with him. We would highly recommend this tour.
We did both the lunch and dinner tour, and they were both excellent! We visited different locations for each tour (other than the cigar shop and Breanna's which were on both). Jamil was our guide and he was great - he had stories and backgrounds for each of the places that we went. The Fry Jack shop was particularly awesome, and we ended up going back later in the week.

We went with our 12 and 15 year old. Overall it was a good food tour. Easy to walk. Food was new to us, and we liked two things so much we tried them again that evening at our hotel. Jamil was a great host.
