Helpful had AC blowing when asked, stopped for food as we were starving, very chill guy will rebook when in Belize.
We hired De Quest Belize to drive us from the airport in Belize City to our AirBnB on the Placencia Peninsula. The drive on the Belizean roads are best handled by the professional and local drivers. Jesse was punctual, professional, and a great resource of information on Belize. As well, he made our family vacation better as he bookended our time in country. He was pleasant and had us laughing much of the time as he kept up with our son-in-law who can be quite the joker. We had asked him to find us a place to eat on the ride to Placencia and we had a wonderful time at Cheers (yes, Cheers!) where the tees are hung from the ceiling, the food is good, and the service friendly. Eating al fresco with our new friend, Jesse shared recommendations about food to try during our stay. He stopped whenever anyone needed a restroom, did all the heavy lifting of luggage, and drove the roads safely and intelligently. We highly recommend you hire him, not only for driving, but for excursions and tours. We’ll reserve with him again our next go round in Belize.
Jesse is great! Very responsive and personable! He responds quickly to messages and was right outside baggage claim waiting for us! Excellent driver! Good conversationalist too! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our ride with Jesse. He picked us up at the airport on time and had fresh water in the car for our 3 hour journey. He was kind, courteous and a safe driver.

Jesse was great. He was just arriving as we walked out of the airport - even though our flight landed half an hour early. His vehicle was clean and comfortable. It was a 2 1/2 hour car ride. He was the perfect balance of talking and providing helpful information without talking too much. We highly recommend Jesse!

Wow, what a great ride we had from Belize city airport to Placencia. Jessie is a very personable young man with a wealth of knowledge of Belize current and distant history. We stopped at a local restaurant on our way which was amazing, delicious food, no crowds, it could not have been better. We’re hoping to have Jessie to give us a guided tour when we finish our 5 day sail.
