5 Stars, staff very patient with beginners. Never been on a Segway and I had a fantastic time. Our guide made sure I was comfortable on the Segway before leaving for our adventure. Very professional and an excellent way to explore Bergen even in the rain. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Segway of Bergen was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Regina was incredible—friendly, knowledgeable, and so patient with our kids. She took the time to make sure they felt comfortable and confident, and her positive attitude made the entire experience fun and stress-free for everyone. It’s clear that she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about making sure every guest has a great time. If you’re looking for a fun family activity with outstanding customer service, I can’t recommend Segway of Bergen enough. A huge thank you to Regina for making our day so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

It was really fun and even though it rained, it didn't ruin it.

We arrived for our tour & met Regina, our guide. She took her time explaining how the Segways work & gave each of us a lesson & time to practice. It was very easy to get the hang of. We were able to see so much of Bergen that we would not have been able to otherwise. I highly recommend this tour. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & would do it again. Thank you Regina for being a great guide & teacher.

The Segway tour was a fantastic way to learn about Bergen. Our guide, Regina, was clearly experienced with the machines and informed about the city’s history and culture. She regularly checked in to make sure everyone was doing ok and if we needed a break from the riding. I highly recommend this company and experience to anyone visiting Bergen.

Regina was a great guide. Gave clear instructions on using Segway and after a bit of practice we were off on our tour. Her knowledge of Bergen’s history was very interesting. Using the Segway was fun and easy. An enjoyable tour, recommended.

An awesome way to see the town Bergen. Our guide Regina was very friendly and informative about the area and the history surrounding Bergen. I recommend making sure you are dressed warm and dry, we thought we were dressed warm the wind was cutting through everything. But even being cold we still really enjoyed it.

Such a fun way to explore Bergen! Regina was incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging despite my lack of coordination at the beginning. Once I got the hang of it, the Segway was surprisingly easy to ride. Even with a bad back, I was able to enjoy the tour. It was a fantastic way to see the city while learning about Bergen’s history from a knowledgeable guide. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting a unique and enjoyable way to experience Bergen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After a few minutes of getting used to the segway and practicing some laps inside, we went outside. A number of highlights seen and guide Regina told a thing or two about the history. Plenty of time for photos along the way. Nice experience, more fun than walking with a guide!
