Unable to download tour -I managed to download mine but no one else could. Took the tour and it was informative and engaging but had to quit 1/2 way through - legs got tired but I’d been walking previously.

This was a tour which was terrible. It was a self-guided tour but I could not figure out where it started. It was a waste of time and money for $32.00 for my wife and I. I did not begin the tour and should have my money refunded. I have used Viator on others tours which were great. This one should be eliminated.

It was nice to hear the history of this area in Paris. We were able to walk through various neighborhoods and hear about what it used to be like. Some things have not changed.

We never received an email with the links to download the tour so we could not participate. Only after emailing the tour provider were they sent and by then it was too late.

Amazing experience of the Bastille! I loved the engaging stories and the cool places the audio guide showed me, such as Fontaine de Charonne, La Coulée Verte and Passage du Chantier. Really nice tour!
