Beskrivelse
Udforsk en hemmelig Bari med en ekspert arkæolog blandt skjulte skatte fra den romerske, tidlige kristne og byzantinske æra. Turen begynder ved udgravningerne af Via Traiana på Piazza del Ferrarese, en kort strækning af den historiske vej bygget af romerne i det tidlige 2. århundrede e.Kr., indtil man når det arkæologiske museum i Santa Scolastica. Turen fortsætter mod katedralen San Sabino, et værdifuldt eksempel på apulisk romansk, som i sine underjordiske miljøer gemmer på en meget stemningsfuld arkæologisk rejseplan kendt som Succorpo. A fantastic glimpse into the history of the old town of Bari from a very knowledgeable guide. The museums were so interesting made better by the narrative of an archeological expert. Would be happy to recommend

The archaeological tour was unavailable for the date I booked and as I didn’t have other times available they swapped it for the city walking tour and food tour. Our guide Ana was super friendly and very knowledgeable and informative and the whole experience was great! I felt that I learned a lot about Bari and each of the sites and the food included was delicious, great quality and ample Would definitely recommend!

Viviana gave a wonderful personalized tour. Her personal experience of Bari and her deep connection with the sites we saw were superlative. I HIGHLY recommend this tour and was very happy that I was able to participate in it. It was a deeply moving experience to visit the tomb of St. Nicholas, but also the underground original church of the Cathedral of San Sabino. Very uplifting on a very beautiful day in Bari!!

During our visit to Bari we encountered quite a bit of rain but that didn’t deter our guide Viviana! We opted for the Underground tour of Bari which included the Roman ruins as well as the inside of the most important churches. It was informative and you can tell that Viviana is very passionate about her city and the art and culture within!
