På denne prisvindende tur har vi planlagt alt for dig; nyd letheden ved reserverede borde og prioriteret service, mens du sidder tilbage, slapper af og nyder smagen af spansk mad. En lokal guide vil tage dig på en kulinarisk rejse gennem to af Barcelonas mest ikoniske kvarterer, det gotiske kvarter og El Born, hvor du vil prøve ni traditionelle og moderne tapas. Tænk på patatas bravas, pimientos, stegt fisk, paella og dessert, ekspertparret med drikkevarer som vin, cava, spansk vermouth eller ikke-alkoholholdige drikkevarer, hvis det foretrækkes. Deltag i din guide på Pl. de Correus, 1, ved siden af Barcelonas historiske postkontor. Se efter den gule Carpe Diem Tours flag eller skilt. Vi anbefaler at ankomme 10 minutter tidligere for at starte glat, da turen begynder ret i tide, og refusioner kan ikke udstedes for sen ankomst.
Det gotiske kvarter er hjertet af det catalanske køkken og et must for enhver foodie. Begynd din kulinariske rejse på en familieejet tapas spot, smage spanske favoritter som croquettes, patatas bravas og pimientos de Padrón, hver perfekt parret med et glas lokal vin.
Denne familieejede bodega siden 1945 har gjort tingene på den rigtige måde i generationer. Med kun fire tapas på menuen, det fejrer den enkle, sjælfulde essens af spansk madlavning. Vi vandrer gennem byens ældste kvarter og ser tidligere romerske mure og tårne på vej til næste madstop.

Our tipsy tour guide was Lindsay and she was great! She took us to El Born and the Gothic quarter; stopped at 4 different places and had 3 drinks. I recommend doing this in the beginning of your trip in Barcelona.

Unfortunately though this event was highly recommended by other friends who did do it the previous year, we did not enjoy it to its full capability. First of all, our tour guide was late arriving, secondly, the group was fairly large (about 12-16) unless one was immediately close to the guide, it was impossible to hear what she was telling us. The absolute main reason for our disappointment was the food offered, which proved inadequate for the number in our group. The paella as the last dish was well over cooked and dry . For the second stop, there were insufficient number of plates and food to go round and waiting for more was necessary and rather unpleasant. Considering the per person cost this was in our opinion most unsavoury.

We loved this tour! Sky was our guide and was amazing. We did the 1:00 tour and had a group of 14. Sky had us all departing on time and onto our first location. She kept us entertained and under control. We went to 4 different restaurants and had so much food! Ended the tour with seafood paella. It was the perfect tour for my birthday and Sky went out of her way to make sure we had birthday apple pie! Would recommend this tour to all foodies!!
