Our pickup was scheduled at 11:30 a.m. and the driver was there waiting for us. He was courteous and efficient. Drove us to our ship and unloaded our luggage.

Our driver was very nice and arrived ahead of time. He helped us all every step of the way from loading our luggage, driving flawlessly, and unloading the luggage at the port. He made our experience at the end of the Barcelona stay very pleasent and stress free.

Our driver showed up early and waited patiently for us to come down with our luggage. We arrived at the cruise port on time and my family was happy with the service. The ride was also very comfortable. This added a great start to our cruise adventure!

The driver was contacted by phone to change pickup time from 12 noon to 11 AM for transfer from City to Ship Terminal in Barcelona. He verbalized that this change was OK. When the transportation didn't show up by 11:15 am, we called and was told he was planning to pick us up at 11 PM! He said he would call me back in 5 minutes, which he did not. We called again and he said someone would be there in 5 minutes. It turned out that he sent two taxis rather than two booked limos. However, he was able to get us to the cruise terminal on time and all was good. He paid for the taxis (as his fee was paid in advance) and there were no issues with the cab drivers. All was good in the end. Customer Service was good. Thank you.

Driver picked us up from our hotel the h10 madison and was prompt and took us to the cruise port. No issues, very pleasant man.
