We had a terrific experience during this tour. Our guide, Alan, was great! He explained everything - not just the food, but the tradition behind it. We had some really interesting conversation with him too. He is a very knowledgeable guy! Thank you!
An amazing way to meet a local and enjoy truly great local food. We went to two terrific places and had more than enough food and drink. Very enjoyable…don’t hesitate to book this tour. Alan was a wonderful guide.
My wife Tawnya and I had the absolute pleasure of having Krisztina as our guide during our walking tour of Barcelona, and we couldn't be more impressed. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the city's rich history and cultural landmarks but also had a gift for storytelling that made everything come alive. Her English was perfect, making the tour easy to follow, and she was always happy to answer any questions we had. What really stood out, though, was her warm and personable nature. We had a wonderful visit with Lusi who gave us a great tour of Barcelona. We went to some great local spots, saw some great sights, had some amazing dishes, and she was super fun and interesting throughout the tour! Thank you!
Our traveling party of 8 people had a private custom tapas evening tour with Ruxandra. This is the second time that we have had a tour with her and this one was just as good if not better than the first one. She is an excellent guide who is very passionate, informative and kind. She was able to change the tour around a little for the benefit of our elderly parents. The places that she took us for food were outstanding and the history in between stops was even better. Thank you Ruxandra and we hope to see you again on our trip visit to Barcelona!
Worst experience ever. This tour was not what we expected and nothing was planned in advance. We did not feel that our guide, Marina, had prepared any stops and we only recieved minimal food for 7 persons at the 2 stops we visited. This was part of a bachelorette trip and our guide made us feel uncomfortable with the outfits we were wearing as she thought they were ‘too dressy’. Both places were last resorts, after walking around for 40 mins to closed/full restaurants. First stop took nearly 90 mins to receive only 3 tapas total and we were placed at the back where no one was able to serve us (next to cooking supplies like sacks of potatoes). We were then taken to another place where the guide let us know since her time was almost up that she would drop us off at the next place and leave. We did not feel like that was a safe option as we all have never been to the city so opted out of that. Would not book this again and would have appreciated a more organized/planned experience for the amount of money we paid.

We had a great time with our tour guide and learned a lot about Spain and Catalunya. I would highly recommend this tour for people with curious minds and open hearts.
RK was a very good host. He took the time to explain many things about the differences in vermouth and introduced us to a variety of tapas. He is also a great listener and ensured we safely caught a cab back to our hotel. This is a fun way to learn more about Barcelona.
Had a wonderful time with Sebastian. He showed us the bars the locals love as well as some great recommendations. Felt like we had a friend showing us around. Highly recommend.
