Amazing food and local shop recommendations. We had a variety of different flavors that were worth a try!

We learned so much about history and culture on this tour and all the food stops were amazing! Sophia was a great guide and had so much knowledge. It felt like you were getting info from a person who was passionate about where she lived and wanted to share it with you. It was a great way to start our trip in Catalonia!

Martina was an excellent guide, leading us through markets and neighborhoods in Barcelona that we might never have discovered on our own. In addition to the delicious tastings, she pointed out notable landmarks and shared insights into the area’s history and culture. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and friendly personality made the experience both educational and enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience Barcelona beyond the typical tourist attractions. One bit of advice - the meeting location was shown as “meet at Liceu, Barcelona; guide will be by “Mosaico di Miro” Joan Miro’s mosaic, just outside the Liceu metro station”. The metro station was easy enough to find, but we were looking for a mosaic on a wall, not imbedded in the ground. Look on the ground!

I thought this tour was too heavy on sweets. I was more of a desert tour and mediocre on the savory side. Additionally, we didn’t learn much about the history or the culture of local cuisine. It was overall a disappointment.

An amazing night, loved all the foods we tasted.. our host Maria was great.. explained all the different foods . Places we would not have found on our own !

This was wonderful and a great way to see and taste the food of the city. I highly recommend this tour for sure!

Vincent was a fabulous tour guide! Just the right amount of walking-eating and talking. The last place with the cheese and Iberian ham was so delicious-it was a great stop! I wish all food tours were like this one.

We booked this Food tour for the following morning (11am) after arriving in Barcelona from the U.S. to give us time to recoup from travel. It was the perfect thing to do! Our guide Vincent (Vincenzo) was very engaging and knowledgeable not only about the local cuisine by also the history and knew his was around very well. The food spots he took us to were superb. Savory as well as a few sweets! It really gave us a good sense of the culture, history and a lay of the land. Would highly recommend.

Excellent guide and excellent food. The only downside is the meeting point is difficult to find.

Sophia was an awesome tour guide. She explained some history of the area, she took us into one of largest outside markets. We got to taste many Spanish foods. Everything was great from start to finish. Would do tour with Sophia again. The best.
