This company was very accommodating from start to finish. We arrived in town the night before the original expected pickup date so we ended up at a hotel instead of the airport. I contacted the company directly and they adjusted for the pickup time and location. The driver even gave us a scenic detour with a quick stop on the way to the port for us to take a couple of pictures. Thank you.

Meeting point was incorrect we were told T2 and in fact the driver meant T1, so fortunately we could call
Thank you very much for your review, but you probably didn't know that the flight number you wrote down with us was for T2. When my driver was there, I called you, and you were on T1, so that's why it's late. What's our fault? We've given you good service now. We picked you up. First, we went to T2, then we went to T1, then we called you. So we went back to T1 and picked you up and dropped you off at the ship.????
Wonderful experience! My flight arrived early and the company called me and sent someone out sooner. Car was very clean and the driver was extremely nice and informative. Would definitely use them again!

He was fast, efficient, and very helpful. He was very accommodating too because of the long lines and security and checked in regularly to see how we were doing

The driver (aka tour operator) contacted us at the airport exactly at the time requested. No problems at all. He was a good driver. We were very pleased with this prearranged service. Highly recommend.

The service from the Barcelona airport was excellent! Our driver was prompt, courteous and efficient. He stayed in contact with us and found us quickly at a busy airport. The ride was totally comfortable. Our van was spacious and clean. There were no delays and no problems. The service was so good that we kept our contact information and booked our transportation back from the cruise port to the airport with the same company. They have worked with us online to manage all details for our return. No stress! No problems! We just kick back and enjoy the rest of our cruise. :)
