New EU passport system implemented that took an hour to clear customs. No one expected this, lines were beyond our control. Our driver bailed before we were even halfway through immigration. Really crappy company, don’t recommend.

We met after customs at the airport, but communications would have been better prior to our flight, not after we landed and were testing our internet services. Most of our Viator services contact us a day or two before the event with details. Although it was a frenzy connecting in a new airport, the driver located us and her driving was wonderful and pleasant. We would work with this company again.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! We were met at the airport exit from baggage claim and taken to our vacation rental in the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. It was pouring down rain and construction everywhere. Our driver went over the top to get us as close to our destination as possible. No drama ….. just smooth sailing.

Please refund for non-pick up. We were left at Barcelona airport and had to take a taxi. You should pay the €31 for the taxi also.

Our transfer car from the airport never showed up. We had previously confirmed our phone number. No one phoned ys to reconfirm, the number for us to phone was erroneous/no longer in service. They are refusing to refund our money

We arrived and got a message right away. When we went to meet her, no placard with my name, no way of finding her. I called and still no girl. Finally found her and no ride. We had to wait 15 min for a ride. When he finally shows up it's a crappy car with a guy who starts shaming us for Trump attacking Iran. I felt very unsafe.
Driver arrived promptly, helped with bags, and was an excellent driver. Not much else to say—it was a taxi ride

We supplied our international flight information to the driver in advance. Our flight was 30 minutes delayed. He obviously did not check the flight status. Also, knowing it was an international flight we would have to go through passport control, and immigration. He sent a text complaining that he waited so long for us. He was not friendly at all.
