Excellent guide who wove a story about Barcelona/ the gothic quarter and the tole/ history of the jeeish people. Ella was both engaging/ considerate of weather conditions and was pasionate sbout the topic. She was prepared to share her vast fund of knoeledge. One of our best guides ever!
Eyal is an excellent tour guide with extensive knowledge of the history of the region, and we highly recommend him!
Loved this tour. Ella provided a wealth of information and was lovely as well. The trip went way beyond my expectations. I highly recommend it!
Dina was fabulous. She was so knowledgeable and had many interesting stories. Her love for Barcelona was infectious !
The guide was very personable and a little difficult to understand, but the reason for the 3 stars was we were lectured rather than experiencing.. The Jewish walking tours in Vienna and especially Lisbon were beyond expectations and excellent. This was average.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found the guide personable, though we regret that the tour did not fully meet your expectations. Our goal is to provide an engaging and meaningful experience, and we always appreciate insights that help us improve. We strive to create a balance between historical storytelling and interactive exploration, and we’re sorry if this felt more like a lecture than an experience. Every guide has their own style, and we will certainly take your comments into account to ensure our tours remain engaging and dynamic. We truly appreciate your visit and hope that if you're ever back in Barcelona, we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with a tour that exceeds expectations. Safe travels!
Eyal is a friendly, very knowledge guide! Learned and saw so much in the Jewish and Gothic Quarters, highly recommend!
Our tour guide, Dina, was very knowledgeable and gave us a great tour. She pointed out interesting things that we would not have noticed or paid attention to on our own. We would highly recommend her as a tour guide.
We did this tour with Eyal as our guide. We found the tour to be very informative. He has excellent knowledge of the history, and the spaces. He was able to provide context, not just us the Golden Age of Judaism in Barcelona, but also the broader history of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, etc.. We highly recommend this tour to anybody who is interested in this piece of history.
We did the weekly Friday tour of the Jewish Quarter and Michal was a wonderful guide! We learned so much and it was a very unique experience to be able to explore the little known history of this neighborhood
Edo was an amazing tour guide - extremely knowledgeable as he grew up in Barcelona and also a great story teller. He had so many interesting facts and legends that he intertwined with the general history of Barcelona as we walked around the city. All four of us (parents and two teens) greatly enjoyed our time with Edo. He was very patient, kind and flexible too throughout our four hours together. Highly recommend!
