Our driver was excellent! We have a delay in our flight and he was very flexible to accommodate our change in pickup time. He was very friendly and his English is excellent.

Theresa, from your company, did not order the tour properly. The driver in Barcelo only found out at the last minute that we should be picked up. When he got to the hotel, he was upset that we had 5 suitcases. Driving to the airport he was continuously on the phone, texting and talking. I was very nervous driving with him and asked him to stop (which he did). He then dropped us off at the wrong entrance for the airline so we had to walk (with our 5 suitcases) to the other end if the airport.
Driver was early to pick us up and was very efficient. He got us to the airport with no problems. I recommend this company for transportation.

On time, courteous, nice vehicle with plenty of luggage space for 4. Renaissance Hotel in city central to the airport at 6 AM took 15 minutes on a Monday AM.

This driver was excellent. Actually left a bag a hotel and he made sure to get me back to hotel and then back to cruise terminal to make it on time for check in. He really went above and beyond
