Shortly after we arrived at the airport our driver was there waiting for us. He was very friendly and informative on the way to the hotel. It was a safe comfortable ride. I would recommend using the service
Easy pickup in the arrivals area. Driver was friendly and pointed some things out around our destination.
The airport transfer was perfect! We were delayed an hour arriving then the customs was an hour line but our driver Rahjah was waiting with a smile and patience. Fabulous day!!
Driver had wrong phone number but never attempted any contact to confirm pickup. I sent request to confirm with phone # 2 days and 1 day prior. Driver not at baggage claim. Support located him in a restaurant outside baggage claim. Office wanted me to find him. I refused to move all of our luggage around an airport I was never to look for driver. When he came to get us he was sullen and quiet. Not a pleasant transport and not what was promised. This was not worth the money.
Bad directions at the airport to find the driver Never found him and had to take a taxi. We didn't have phone service. Friends tried to call the number provided and no one answered.
Our driver called to help guide us to our meeting location at our first visit to the confusing Barcelona airport. Well done!

Excellent all around! Our flight was delayed 2 hours and getting through EES (passport control) took 3 hours. The dispatcher kept in constant communication with us and the driver waited despite the many hours of delay. SO GOOD! definitely booking them from now on.

Excellent communication started the day before pickup. Driver was waiting for us in airport right outside of baggage claim. Took us directly to car, loaded bags and drove us directly to our hotel. A very smooth, no stress , process.
