Once it was charged, it worked normally for the remainder of your trip, and music was available for the rest of the charter. At the time of your trip, the generator was experiencing an unexpected malfunction, which temporarily affected the air conditioning. To make everyone as comfortable as possible, the crew provided fans during the trip. The generator has since been repaired, and the air conditioning is now operating normally. We sincerely apologize for the makeup wipe found in one of the cabins. This is not our standard, and we have already addressed the issue with the crew to ensure inspections are more thorough before every departure. Concerning the jet skis, one was temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. However, your group still received the full jet ski time included with your charter. The crew also offered rides so that as many guests as possible could enjoy the experience, as self-driving often takes longer with safety instructions and can prevent everyone from having an opportunity to participate. As for the microwave, it is not an advertised onboard amenity and is not included as part of the yacht's listed features, so we apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding its availability. We were also surprised to read many of these concerns in your review, as none of them were reported to our office during or after your charter. Had we been made aware, we would have done everything possible to address them immediately. Finally, regarding the complimentary bottle, the captain offered it as a goodwill gesture to apologize for the inconveniences and help improve your experience. It was never intended as a requirement or payment for a review, and we apologize if it was perceived that way.
