Amazing views. A must see if you haven't been to Lake Moraine and Lake Louise.
Shuttle was on time and arrived back to Canmore ~4pm. Vehicle was a big van/ small bus and had comfortable seats however the AC started blowing out hot air on the 1.5h ride back so was not very comfortable - clearly a mechanical issue which the driver apologised for. Driver was kind and waited for us to find parking in Canmore which was fully packed (get there early to find a spot). Driver should really have a mic as you cannot hear her at all when the bus is moving. Overall a nice experience if you miss out on the government shuttle.
The shuttle was a good choice as parking at the locations are limited. Lucy our driver was very nice and accommodating.
Both locations are beautiful! But very different! It was wonderful to see so many people from many different cultures and countries enjoying Moraine Lake and Lake Louise.
Tour guide spoke poor English and was distracted with the passenger in the front seat and they talked in their native language. She didn’t give local information. Both lakes were very beautiful and worth the visit.
Great driver ‘Lucy’. On time No hassle Beautiful experience.! Just the right amount of time at each location. We had a picnic at Lake Moraine!!
A stress free way to experience some of Canada's greatest treasures! Lucy was a friendlly driver and guide! Make sure to climb the rockpile at Lake Moraine for the best view, and if you want to get the full experience of the beautiful water colour at Moraine, take an afternoon tour.
Pickup was on time. The drive up to Banff then on to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise was very good. Our driver, Lucy, was excellent.
The itinerary was perfect for us; one of our party [of 4] is mobility impaired, so this package allowed us ample time to wander around at both stops without physically taxing him too much. The bus was clean, comfortable, and on time, and our driver courteous and affable. It would have helped us if [a] their van could have picked us up at our hotel, and [b] if their contact person on the phone were a little more conversant in English [I had some difficulty trying to communicate our special needs].

We missed getting a reservation for the government shuttle to Lake Louis and Morains Lake, so we were happy to find this alternative. It cost a lot more, but it's a lot better that missing them entirely. Our driver was very nice and cheerful, but this isn't a guided tour--it just takes you to the two lakes and gives you 1 1/2 hours to explore. We chose it because most of the others only allow an hour.
