Balos Lagoon med overførsel fra Rethymnon

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a superb day in Balos! It is an excursion that I recommend without hesitation. The lagoon is absolutely magnificent, with breathtaking landscapes and incredible turquoise water. The organization was very good: the bus pickup went perfectly, as did the boat crossing. The whole thing offers excellent value for money. A very beautiful experience that will remain a wonderful memory of our stay in Crete!

Our last holiday trip took us by ship to the breathtaking Balos beach. On the way out we drove along the coastal road, passing Chania, to the port of Kissamos. We were already able to gather first impressions of the varied coastal landscape of northern Crete. Arriving in port, our nice travel companion got the tickets for the ship. The coast was rocky and lined with caves. At the end of the headland we could see a sleeping crocodile with a lot of imagination. Then we headed for a bay. The turquoise sea with its fine sandy white sandy beach gave us a Caribbean feeling. For beach lovers, Balos beach is the ideal place to dream and unwind. Many thanks to our guide at the hotel, Tarek Blah, for the ingenious tip to visit the Balos beach by ship. Another highlight of our Crete holiday that we will never forget.
