A bucket list item for us. The experience was as good as we hoped. Pickup and transfer was seamless (we were staying in Uchisar). The team was very professional and we felt safe at all times. The experience is quite gentle. One watch out is that the flights can be cancelled if there is too much wind. It is worth paying for the guaranteed rollover, as if there are a couple of days cancellations in a row, it is difficult to rebook yourself.

It was a great experience but at a price. Our original booking was cancelled due to a weather event and we had to rebook for another day for twice the price.

It was beautiful. Well organised enjoyed every moment. Was picked up from hotel on time they gave us a snack bag.

Everything happened as in the instructions. Pick-pick-up on time, lift off ahead of sunrise and always a friendly smile and chat. Pilot was excellent as he rotated the balloon to give everyone an opportunity to take photos. Nice drinks on a very accurate landing.

We really enjoyed the experience- everything worked well throughout - easy booking process, they contacted us the night before to confirm pick up time, they were punctual and the balloon experience was wonderful - sunrise views, a full basket but it didn’t feel crowded. Friendly staff. Truly amazing to be up so high, very smooth ride, great views of Goreme and the fairy chimneys, loved it!

A magical experience and definitely worth the money and patience! Flights were cancelled the first day and we rebooked the next day with fingers and toes crossed. Rainbows Colours crew were wonderful… from the time we got picked up from our hotel to the end. The view from above was incredible and surreal as well. Staff are well trained and very efficient. Never forget to tip at the end…it is a costly production and all deserve a reward at the end!

The operator of this activity did a really good job, but I’m not sure it was any different than any of the other dozens of operators doing the Cappadocia balloon rides. No major complaints at all about the operator. The experience itself is absolutely outstanding: the views, the sunrise, the balloons around us. All very magical! And most importantly, the operator felt safe as they conducted the ride. Pickup and drop off was done efficiently. We drew the imaginary short straw of being first to be picked up and last to be dropped off - and so our pickup was at 3:30; others on the route got picked up as late as 4:20. Food: When we got to the launch site, they handed out breakfast bags with a shelf-stable chocolate-filled croissant, pretzel sticks, a bottle of water, and an apricot juice box. At the end of the experience, they provided zero-proof champagne-grape juice cocktails and bits of cake. They probably could dial it down with the 360 degree camera, and then try to sell the video product to us all at the end. It was a lot of “look here everyone”. And ultimately, one person did want one, but they only took cash and it was 35 euros; so he didn’t buy it. In our mind, in this day and age, it made no sense to try and sell photos and videos when everyone has a phone doing the same.

Had an incredible hot air balloon flight. The entire staff was highly professional, welcoming, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. I felt completely safe from takeoff to landing. Highly recommended!
