I booked this experience literally one day before, and within the same hour of purchasing, I was contacted and welcomed by the tour company. The following day, my hotel pickup was scheduled, and my tour guide arrived right on time. He communicated with me and confirmed everything as soon as he arrived. The best part of the entire experience was my tour guide, Chiki! He made my experience 1000x better. I would definitely recommend requesting him if you’re booking this tour. He made sure I got all the pictures I wanted and explained everything to me whenever I had questions—even while we were driving. Most importantly, he made me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. I absolutely loved everything about this tour, and I’m so happy I booked it. 10/10 experience! ❤️

As a solo traveler, while I paid the upcharge for traveling alone, I had an enjoyable day with Reyy. He was on time, courteous, and checked in with me periodically throughout the excursion, even taking several great photos of me. His driving was safe and our early start allowed me to maximize every destination on the itinerary and not feel rushed. I would recommend him to anyone looking to take this tour. Speaking of the tour itself: the amount of driving, especially in the traffic makes it worth the cost!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chiki is the ABSOLUTE BEST! We were a group of ladies visiting Bali for the first time, and having Chiki as our driver made our experience even more amazing! His care, professionalism, and personable nature were truly top-tier. From the moment we met him, he made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and completely taken care of. Chiki was incredibly knowledgeable and had an answer for every question we asked. He shared so much about Bali with us, but what I appreciated most was how down-to-earth, patient, and genuinely kind he was. He made the entire day feel effortless and enjoyable. You can tell that Chiki truly cares about the people he serves, and that made such a difference for us. We felt safe, comfortable, and in great hands throughout our entire visit. The swings, monkeys, and water fall tour was amazing. Laden was great. He was friendly, punctual, and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Today was nothing short of brilliant. A full day of loving memories, interesting conversations about culture, life and living in Bali.
