We booked this spa package for a 9am pickup slot and after confirming initially, they backtracked and said the time is not available, and offered a 9am slot on a different day. We agreed and made sure to confirm the new date and time with them. A few days later, they canceled our booking no notice or communication. When confronted, they said we can book a new date/time even though we already arranged our entire schedule to have the massage on that day. When we tried to make another booking, they increased the price on us! Essentially, they canceled our booking because they wanted us to pay more even though they already confirmed everything with us. Extremely unprofessional. I’m not sure how they’re still allowed to do business. Terrible communication, totally ruining people’s plans without any apology.
