Family Holiday

No show,
Driver did not show up, I had to get a taxi. Contacted provider and have had no response or refund. Would not recommend.

Dear Ms Suzana acctually I am get last minutes info from my driver he getting issue with his car so we replace with new driver but driver also didn't find you as the team also try chat you and there is no any responding also

Viator and car service did not pick us up nor refund our money
Do not use this driver. We got through customs and walked the line for the driver services. Ours was not there. All others had their passenger names on signs. We checked for ours and spoke to other services to help us locate our. We went to the information desk and they paged the driver and service several times and no one showed up. The desk then phoned their contact number and it was out of service. I contacted Viator immediately at the airport and asked for a refund because we had to take another service. They stated, after their investigation they could not refund us. What investigation? Talk to the driver? I won’t use Viator again.

Really this is my first experience I didn't found my client during pick up service
Most important when I ask your WhatsApp number kindly give us for easy communication between my driver and guest

Great transfer. Gladly again.
Perfect. Despite the plane's delay and endless queues at immigration, our driver waited with his sign and got us to our destination safely. During the trip we received useful information about Nyepi. Thanks!

Amazing and trustworthy guide to Bali
My Yoga is a fantastic person and guide, who is trustworthy and reliable. In the future, he will be my go-to person when I book Bali trips. He is flexible, thoughtful, and puts your needs and comfort above everything else. Highly recommended, but he is in huge demand because he clearly is the best so book early!
