Oplev den kulturelle sjæl af Bali på vores populære Ubud Sightseeing Trip, designet til at give dig en spændende og mindeværdig ferieoplevelse. Din rejse begynder med en bekvem afhentning fra dit hotel / villa, efterfulgt af et besøg på Campuhan Ridge Walk, en naturskøn sti og et absolut must-see, når du besøger Ubud. Dernæst vil vi udforske den hellige Ape Forest Sanctuary, se grå macaques i deres naturlige habitat blandt templer og jungle. Vi fortsætter derefter til den ikoniske Tegalalang Rice Terrace, udforske de berømte og smukke ris paddies. En lækker frokost serveres på en restaurant i Ubud. Gemt bag hotellerne i Ubuds hovedgade finder du den smukke Campuhan Ridge Walk, et absolut must, når du besøger byen Ubud. Den ret korte, men meget givende, gangbro vil tage dig op og ned ad en højderyg langs rismarker og palmer, et perfekt sted at undslippe stress og jag fra Ubud.
Ubud Monkey Forest indtager 27 frodige, grønne hektar i den nedre ende af Jalan Monkey Forest i landsbyen Padangtegal. Hjemme til over 400 lange tailed macaques (Macaca fascicularis), der er opdelt i 4 grupper, der besætter forskellige områder af parken, er det et vigtigt kulturelt og åndeligt sted, der byder velkommen op mod 10.000 besøgende hver måned. Goa Gajah-templet er et arkæologisk sted af betydelig historisk værdi, der gør det til et særligt sted at besøge. Beliggende i den kølige vestlige udkant af Bedulu Village, seks kilometer fra det centrale Ubud, behøver du ikke mere end en time for at gå ned til dens relikviefyldte gårdhave og se klippevægsudskæringerne, en central meditationsgrotte, badebassiner og springvand. Guide was basically a taxi driver. We learned very little from him. Traffic was terrible. Experience would have been very different with a qualified guide.

Unfortunately, heavy congestion can sometimes limit the opportunities for our guides to stop, point things out, and share the full depth of their knowledge. We also regret that the commentary provided felt lacking; we aim for our guides to be helpful experts, not just drivers. We had the pleasure of spending the day with Wayan Balik as our private driver. He spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited. Even when stuck in traffic he made the time entertaining with friendly bater and jokes. We had a great time and highly recommend his service. Thankyou Wayan Balik 🙂🙂👍👍

Had a great day with our guide Dwi Occasionally a little rain but that could not spoil the fun. Lots of nice photo spots on the way.

The guide was great, but some of the sights visited were not interesting (Temples) and the lunch menu not consistent or diverse.

This trip hit all the highlights. The waterfall and rice terraces were very Balinese though a bit commercialized. Hari, our driver, was a master at logistics. Our lunch stop near the terraces was one of the restaurants we ate at for ambiance. And he knew the best order of sights to minimize crowds.

Our new friend Ketut showed us around Ubud. We visited the Monkey Forest, Aloha Ubud swing, the teglagan rice terrace, dined at a beautiful restaurant, went to the temple in Ubud. All along the way, Ketut shared with us wonderful history of Bali, as well as his family. I highly recommend booking with Ketut and experience his knowledge of beautiful Bali.

All the sights and experiences were out of this world. Being our first time in Bali this has been such an amazing experience. Additionally our driver Ketut Putra was awesome. I'd recommend him to anyone who doesn't know anything about the island and needs help figuring out what you want to do on your vacation.
