When we arrived, the equipment still wasn’t ready even though this was supposed to be an all-day activity. The person in charge had to leave around 10:30 due to an emergency, which I completely understand. However, one of the staff members was very rude when we first came in. We were simply confused about where we were supposed to go and only asked for directions, but he responded with a bad attitude. He mentioned he was going to help us then never did. He later apologized and we got our money refunded back due to the unprofessionalism
Activities were fun and staff was great. No complaints from me. Worth the price IMO. Shout out to biggz.
I paid for all of the toys to use. Nothing was out. One of the guys got into a fight with another worker and was rude to me. He tried to get me into the middle of it. I wish I had not paid for this package. I paid 170 dollars and used nothing.
Don't waste your time or money. It smelled awful, all of the equipment was disgusting and not kept up.
Once we found the actual merchants stand, it was closed. Three cruise ships in port. No excuses for holding my funds
Good day, we fast tracked your FULL refund the same day as soon as I got notification there was a request. Also staff emergencies were the cause of our closure that day. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to your time.
The staff is very friendly, they have a wide variety of equipment, and they’re very helpful. The price is very reasonable.
The family had an awesome time. The kids enjoyed the activities and they’ll love equipment that was there for them to enjoy. We had chairs with the umbrellas and Just all around great day.
We weren't sure what to expect but everything advertised was available..we use sea buggy, kayak and paddleboard. Roped off are wasn't the best as it was broken so rope kept drifting in toward shallow area but other than that couldn't fault. Got us sunbeds positioned in shaded area also. I think it's good value and everything we used was in fairly good working order. Thanks
Incredibly fun day at the beach provided by Bahama Kayak! The guys on the beach took excellent care of my family and ensured we had everything we needed for a great day. Located right next to delicious food and tons of activities. Highly recommend!
Great day at the beach with lounge chairs and use of all the fun water 'toys'. All equipment was in good functional condition. Mask & snorkel was cleaned before use. General and Fitzgerald were both helpful with proper use of all equipment, assisting as needed with life jackets and safety briefings; friendly and professional.
