I op til 8 timer kan du opbevare op til 2 poser pr. person sikkert på Canada Place Cruise Terminal. For eventuelle ekstra tasker vil der være et gebyr på stedet. Denne service er skræddersyet til: • Besøgende på krydstogtskibe, der går fra borde i Vancouver, uden at blive i byen, med flyrejser senere på eftermiddagen/aftenen og et ønske om at udforske Vancouvers centrum. • Krydstogtspassagerer er ikke i stand til at tjekke ind på deres boliger før senere på dagen, men alligevel ivrige efter at opdage Vancouvers centrum. Procedurer for aflevering af gæstebagage: • Gæster afgår fra krydstogtskibet og tager til Dagbagageopbevaringsstedet lige ved havnen • Gæster sender deres voucher til gæsteserviceagenten • Gæster vil modtage en billet til bagageopkrævning og kravinstruktioner • Gæster kan tage af sted og komme op på gadeplan og nyde dagen Procedurer for afhentning af gæstebagage: • Når det er tid til at hente tasken, følger gæsterne kortet på pjecen (de vil få dette udleveret, når de afleverer deres taske). • Gæster viser deres kravbillet og ID på Dagsopbevaringsstedet • Tasker skal afhentes senest kl. 16.30 og kan ikke opbevares natten over på krydstogtterminalen. Tasker, der ikke er afhentet inden kl. 17.00, vil blive opbevaret off-site. Der vil blive pålagt ekstra gebyrer for transport og ekstra opbevaringstid ($75 pr. pose). • Gæster kan også besøge velkomstcentrets kiosk på 9 99 Canada Place Way eller ringe, hvis de har brug for hjælp til vejvisning eller har spørgsmål relateret til dagopbevaringstjenesten.

Very convenient- right at Canada Place off parking garage. Great for when you arrive from cruise and need to store for awhile.
Very easy drop off/pick up. Right at Canada place. We were able to get off our cruise and enjoy our tour knowing our luggage was secured.
Very smooth experience. Friendly staff. Made everything very easy to store our luggage after the cruise and then picking our luggage back up and getting a taxi to the train station.

It is a huge convenience, and does not cost much. Also, it was just 2 blocks from the sky train station.

The Big Bus luggage storage system works perfectly when departing a cruise at the Canada Place Cruise Terminal but wanting a few hours in Vancouver without pulling luggage around with you. It’s an efficient drop-off system that keeps your bags in a locked area until you return. The drop-off place is right asking the path to leave the cruise terminal. Bags can be dropped off whenever you disembark and need to be picked up by 4:30PM.

Westcoast is great. Friendly staff that helps us figure out the total price. It’s much cheaper to buy through Viator. The info desk staff, Dora, was extremely helpful.

It’s a great option to spend the day there. It only goes to 4:30 pm though, which wasn’t perfect for us.
