Diego & Luis were excellent guides! Diego took us on the public bus to Mismaloya & Luis was the water taxi captain. The experience feels very local & it was a great time.

We had such a great time on this tour! Diego was an amazing guide super friendly, informative, and made the whole experience so much fun. He knew so much about the area and made sure we had a great time. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed this tour! Our guides Alexander and Edward were awesome and explained everything in detail... ie. What movies were filmed in the area, what fish we would see, why turtle island was called Tortuga, etc. Snorkeling was awesome and we saw a lot of cool fish! It was neat to be able to go thru the cave as well. We had such a great time that we ended up booking another full day tour with them a few days later! Highly recommend the Los Arcos boat tour with snorkeling. It was an awesome and memorable excursion!

My children and I came in on a cruise ship and hired an Uber to get to the meeting point at 10am which was about 20-25 minutes away. I scheduled a second uber to pick us up at 2:30 from the same location to take us back to the cruise ship. The timing was perfect. Bruno met us at the meeting point, advised us to grab some snacks and water from OXXO and we jumped onto a public bus to take us to the boats. The bus ride was so easy. The tour was amazing. Boating around the five islands was absolutely gorgeous, the water was crystal clear and the bluest of blue. We loved snorkeling through one of the caves and diving to touch the bottom of the ocean. There were SO many fish it was unreal. Bruno swam along side us the entire time pointing out cool fish and having fun. As a single mom with kids, I was a little wary with the different travel transitions for this tour but it was so simple. There was no stress. We made it back to our cruise ship with hours to space. I highly recommend this tour.

Fun trip to a beautiful location! We love snorkeling and enjoyed this tour a lot. We really appreciated taking the public bus! Diego, our guide, was knowlegable and engaging. The fish and birds were plentiful and the sights were beautiful. We had a lot of fun even though it was threatening to rain, thanks to captain Luis!

The guide was very kind. He focused on the team from the moment we boarded the boat until the activity ended. Although the number of fish and the clarity of the water were somewhat disappointing, I would say this is a must-do tour here. Even if you cannot swim, the guide will help you.

A lot fun and great guides! If you arent a great swimmer the guide may have to tow you back to the boat as currents get strong while snorkeling.

I booked this excursion and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Our guide, Andres, was fantastic! Before we even got in the water, he shared so much interesting history and information about the area, which made the snorkeling experience even more meaningful. The pickup location was convenient, and there were water and snacks available for purchase before we left, which was a nice bonus. Throughout the entire excursion, I felt safe and well taken care of. The price was honestly a steal for everything that was included. I would have happily paid more because the experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!
