Oplev Tenerifes magi med et quad-bike-eventyr gennem fyrreskove og vulkanske landskaber op til 2.100 m i Teide Nationalpark. Vejleder på en kraftfuld 600cc quad fra Aronas skråninger ad naturskønne veje omgivet af naturen, blandt kanariske fyrretræer, havudsigt og unik vulkansk landskab. Dagsturen er normalt længere, mens solnedgangsturen er perfekt til at nyde farverne fra solnedgangen over Teide og Atlanterhavet på en rolig og afslappet måde. Afgang og hjemkomst fra Arona (ankomst 15 minutter før tid). Varighed 2-3 timer, distance cirka 70 km, maksimal hastighed 45 km/t for at sikre sikkerhed og komfort. Rejseplanen inkluderer en indledende briefing, krydsning af Corona Forestal, besøg i Vilaflor og Pino Gordo, et stop ved Boca Tauce og et udsigtspunkt i 2.100 meters højde. Tilbage til Arona.

THIEVES! They take a so-called "deposit" of €30 for each Quad but in the end do not refund it because it is ultimately "insurance"; however, we did not check the insurance on the form because it is optional. But before paying, we told them that we did not want insurance, and they made us believe that it was a deposit. No refund was made in the end. We threatened to file a complaint; they did not want to send the contract, deleted all their messages, and blocked us. We chose a guide in French, but no explanation was given in French despite our request. During the ride, the guide yelled at me and threatened to stop the activity and make us get into the truck because I filmed while my partner was driving, but since no instructions were given in French, I did not know that even the rear passenger was not allowed to film. If you want your photos, you will have to pay an additional €30. They give you torn gloves that are not even your size. If you want a hairnet before putting on the helmet, you will also have to pay for that. Honestly, it is better to go to Teide by car; you have plenty of places to stop, and at least you will be warm in your car. Quads are only on the road, so they are of no use, and you drive at no more than 40 km/h. Moreover, we left just before sunset because the end time was approaching, and there were only 20 minutes left before the sunset. They only think about money.

Avant même la réservation, toutes les informations importantes étaient clairement indiquées sur la page de l’activité : • Départ et retour depuis Arona, dans le sud de Tenerife ; • Durée de 2 à 3 heures selon les capacités de conduite des participants ; • Environ 70 km de parcours, entièrement sur routes asphaltées ; • Vitesse maximale de 45 km/h pour garantir la sécurité et le confort ; • Possibilité de températures très froides jusqu’à 2 100 mètres d’altitude, avec recommandation d’apporter une veste ou un manteau. Avant la réservation, il était également clairement indiqué que : * la protection optionnelle contre les dommages du véhicule coûte 30€ et qu’il s’agit d’un service FACULTATIF, et non d’une caution ou d’un dépôt remboursable ; * les photos ne coûtent PAS 30€, mais 20€ par quad, avec des réductions à partir de 2 quads ; * les vestes et accessoires sont des extras facultatifs ; * les gants sont fournis gratuitement. À votre arrivée, un contrat entièrement en français vous a été remis, accompagné d’un document illustré montrant clairement les règles et comportements interdits. Parmi ces images et dans le contrat lui-même, il est clairement indiqué qu’il est interdit d’utiliser un téléphone portable pendant la conduite, même en tant que passager, pour des raisons de sécurité. Accuser publiquement notre entreprise d’être des “voleurs” ou de faire des “arnaques” est extrêmement grave et totalement faux. Tout ce que vous critiquez était clairement écrit avant la réservation et rappelé une nouvelle fois lors du check-in. La protection dommages de 30€ a été choisie et signée volontairement. Elle n’a jamais été présentée comme une caution remboursable. Elle sert à protéger le conducteur contre d’éventuels dommages pouvant coûter plusieurs milliers d’euros. Concernant les gants, si la taille ne convenait pas, il suffisait simplement de le signaler au personnel afin de les changer immédiatement. Malheureusement, nous avons eu affaire à une cliente arrogante qui nous a menacés à plusieurs reprises. Avant d’accuser publiquement quelqu’un d’être des “voleurs” ou de faire des “arnaques”, il serait préférable de mieux se renseigner sur les conséquences légales de ce type d’accusations, surtout en Espagne. Tous les messages et captures d’écran des conversations ont été sauvegardés. Vous avez été bloquée uniquement à cause des nombreux messages agressifs et du harcèlement reçus après le tour. Si vous ne retirez pas immédiatement cet avis diffamatoire, toutes les captures d’écran et preuves des menaces reçues seront transmises aux autorités compétentes. Le véritable problème aujourd’hui est que certaines personnes réservent sans lire ce qu’elles achètent, puis au lieu d’assumer leurs propres erreurs, préfèrent insulter et publier des avis agressifs partout. Nous invitons les futurs clients à lire attentivement ce qui est inclus, exclu et les règles de l’activité avant de réserver, car toutes les informations étaient publiques, transparentes et disponibles dès le départ.
The experience itself was honestly beautiful. Riding up towards Teide and being above the clouds felt surreal like you’re literally driving through the sky ☁️✨ The views are insane, and learning bits of the island’s history. However, one downside that really stood out was the lack of proper bathroom breaks. While there are stops, we were advised to use the bushes, which isn’t ideal especially for women. Also, just a heads up: you’ll need to bring €15 extra for insurance in case of an accident. It’s not always made super clear beforehand, so it’s good to be prepared.

About the bathroom stops: unfortunately along the mountain roads and inside the National Park there are very few public toilets available, so sometimes nature is the only option during panoramic stops. We totally understand it’s not the most comfortable solution, especially for some guests. Regarding the insurance, just to clarify for future readers: it’s completely optional, not mandatory. It was a wonderful experience. Francesco, the guide, was perfect... he explained everything before leaving with all the recommendations and always checked during the excursion. Dress up with down jacket and gloves because it is very cold up at Teide. He explained and told us during the stops the peculiarities of the landscapes. My wife and I had an amazing time quad biking around Mount Teide – easily one of the highlights of our trip. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, with incredible volcanic landscapes and panoramic views you just can’t get any other way. The quads were in great condition and easy to handle, even for first-timers. The guide was friendly, professional, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable while still keeping the experience fun and adventurous. They also shared interesting facts about the area and gave us plenty of opportunities to stop for photos. Riding together through such a unique and dramatic landscape was a fantastic experience for us as a couple, and we came away with great memories (and photos!). We’d highly recommend this quad biking tour to anyone visiting Tenerife and looking for a mix of adventure, scenery, and fun. 🚀
Pricier than similar alternatives. They won't fulfill their promises. Stay away or get your money stolen. Never pay in advance.
Good morning Vittorio, we are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations, but it is necessary to clarify the facts correctly. Due to road closures to Teide, which are independent of our agency, the original tour could not take place. For this reason, an alternative tour lasting approximately two and a half hours was proposed and carried out, during which you regularly drove the quads. The off-road option was not accepted by most of the group and, according to our guides’ assessment, there were no safety conditions to face dirt tracks. Therefore, alternative panoramic routes were proposed and effectively carried out. After completing the experience, it is not possible to request a full refund of the tour. As an exceptional gesture of goodwill, we had also offered the photos for free. However, we consider it necessary to point out that, at the end of the activity, your behavior was unacceptable: you explicitly threatened to damage the quads and opened the refrigerator without authorization, distributing drinks to the group without permission. We were about to call the Guardia Civil. Please remember that you are not in Italy and learn how to behave appropriately. For these reasons, and unlike the rest of the participants, the photos will not be sent. It is also correct to specify that the other members of the group did not cause any problems, and the tour for them took place regularly.

This was probably the best ATV excursion that we’ve been on! The sights from 2100m up, the volcano, winding roads, and being above the clouds during a sunset were something we will never forget. The guides were very attentive and made sure we kept a great pace while being safe but the views, can’t say enough about them. Definitely recommend!
Tour absolutely worth doing, beautiful landscapes, kind and friendly staff They explain everything to you perfectly about how the quads work and the recommendations. They make you make more stops, to admire the most beautiful landscapes and to take photos. Wrap up well, it's very cold when you get there. On the way back we stopped to drink the barraquito, really good advice. I would absolutely do it again, maybe in another month of the year
Superb quad excursion with my 14 year old. We enjoyed these beautiful landscapes, the adrenaline going off-piste and the very professional and friendly coaching team. The whole group was able to benefit from educational support in English, Italian and Spanish. We were photographed throughout the walk which allowed us to capture these unforgettable moments. I highly recommend
